Z.Great customer service, nice rooms with relaxing spa. The kitchenette was also great. The headboard did knock against the wall a lot, not a major issue. Just something to consider

V.It is a nice motel with everything you need for a short stay. You probably can't expect it to be a five star hotel, however, it is definitely beyond the standard of many motels in town. It is run by a really nice couple who were always happy to help. They offered really useful advice on where to go and what to do so I did not need to spend hours and hours doing research myself.The room that I lived in was clean and of descent size. The motel itself is conveniently located and we can get around easily. I would love to go back there again when I visit Rotorua next time.
P.Lovely motel, well positioned for Rotorua central, tourist attractions or business. Plenty of restaurants around both expensive dine in or takeaway fish and chips.
My only complaint would be, and this is unusual for me, the pillows are to thick for my liking. Not a major.
M.We stayed 2 Nights- Motel was very clean, comfortable bed, and the spa was absolutely awesome. Very spacious as well as warm n cosy too. So close and handy to everything you need. Although the owners were differcult to understand when talking, as I asked for extra towels. I would still give the Motel 5/5 and I loved their beautiful Dog, so gorgeous. Highly recommended Motel.
F.This place is sos so good, amazing receptionist who was very helpful and welcoming. Great little rooms great TV of cource. The only thing that I think they could add would be a air conditioning unit even though they cost a bit, at the moment there is just a fan. But apart from that wonderful spa and bath room. 👍👍👌

j.Everything was perfect. The place was sparkling clean. Easy to get to and from central Rotorua. The hosts were highly kind both their golden retriever, cute mascot. Really enjoyed the hot tub!

C.Nice clean quiet motel. Good location. Air conditioning would be a great addition in the hot months. Bit weird, when signing the normal form to say we would not smell the place out with cooking was instructed that we could not cook at all. Not sure what the hot plate and microwave is for😝
T.We had a comfortable nights rest not bothered by traffic on busy road. The room smelt of new carpet (not a bad smell) but the property next door had a hot pool a few meters away from our bathroom window. Great value for money and we are already planning our next trip back.

A.This place is ok for short stay. The apartment was large & clean but needed some refurbishment. (Seems to be norm in NZ.) There is no food here. Breakfast was suggested across the road, but the cafe doesn't open till 9am! Not good if you have an early start
F.Nice staff, very helpful with information regarding the surrounding attractions. The room was comfortable with a private bathtub (with jacuzzi), clean and spacious. The location is about 1km from the city centre, but it's very convenient for exiting the city and access the attractions without much traffic.

T.The place is perfect for what we needed. Everything is clean and tidy and the rooms are serviced every day. A good safe bet and somewhere we will consider going back to toe hosts are very obliging and nice. The location is great. Would recomend this for value and comfort.
J.It was hot while I was there, and no aircon. A fan was supplied but on full blast only put out a puff of wind. Real milk for my coffee would have been better too. Aside from that it's a great place to stay.

T.Very nice motel with lovely ***agement that are very helpful. Our room was excellent all we could wish for and wonderful value the spa was wonderful and the amenties and location was great. We had a complimentary breakfast which was bacon, eggs , toast and spreads. Great help I must say.

T.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Executive on Fenton. The room package came with a breakfast which was standard fare but tasty enough and delivered to the room on time each morning. The location isn't very convenient as it's quite a distance from the centre of Rotorua and most people couldn't walk there.

T.I'm not a big fan of motels as they are usually annonymous and utilitarian. Very handy to town and easy to find. I had to run back to the office during our dinner at a restaurant close by to get bathroom soap/shampoo etc from office before it closed at 8pm.
L.Very spacious room, well equipped and tidy apart from hairs in bath. Very difficult to find at night due to no lights on sign and no visible numbers, good internet and parking.

t.Executive on Fenton is definitely our choice of accommodation in Rotarua after this our second visit. Clean spacious rooms, fabulous spa bath to indulge ourselves after a long day, easy walking distance of restaurants and friendly, helpful hosts. Thanks Martin and Virginia for another great stay.
