B.Wow, wow, wow! What an absolutely amazing experience. The staff were absolutely accommodating, and helped us in every aspect possible. The rooms were comfortable and homely. The whole venue itself was breath-taking: being able to look out over the lake while enjoying an absolutely delicious breakfast was the perfect way to start the day. The spa and sauna facilities were fantastic as well. We left feeling absolutely relaxed and spoiled, and we cannot wait to be back in the future.

A.Wonderful little bed and breakfast located right on the lake in Rotorua. The rooms are spacious, the common spaces very well laid out, the owners are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. There is a nice hot tub by the dock with a privacy fence so everyone laying in the lawn chairs isn't starting at you, and on the little piece of beachfront they have 5 ocean kayacks that are free to use during your stay. Overall it felt like an amazing blend between quaint bed and breakfast and 5 star resort all wrapped into a beautiful lakefront package. I highly recommend staying here if your stopping by Rotarua while in New Zealand!
T.We choose Koura Lodge to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary and we thoroughly enjoyed out stay. The full kitchen and dining area meant we could actually 'buy in' food and enjoy it in the beautiful setting. Sunrise was fantastic over the lake. We will definitely book this lodge again should we be back in this town in the future.
L.Great views from this lodge however at the price you pay it's way over the top especially when you're greeted with spider webs all over deck chairs as well as a few daddy long leg spiders under the bed, from carpark to unit is pitch dark no lights at all, spa pool is half a meter high and no step or anything to get in?!!Place not well maintained at all. However staff are friendly and dining area quite neat.
Much better value for money elsewhere in Rotorua, believe me I know what I'm talking about.
T.I have been going to Bali with my husband for 16 years now and know the island and the bukit peninsula in particular very well. One lovely touch was the leaving of traditional Hindu offerings outside each villa which made the stay feel very authentic. We will certainly be coming back to stay here.

T.We were even upgraded by the owners to an apartment which was huge. Only 10 minutes to the north of town you will find yourself in a haven of tranquility and luxury. Thank you to Gina and Kim for your all help and sorry it has taken so long to post this review.

g.(Translated) Dream location! Right on the lake. The rooms 1 to 4 have a direct access to the lake via the small terrace and the sunbathing lawn. Here is also an outdoor Jacuzzi and a sauna available. In the upper building are the rooms 5-10, which all have a terrace and a lake view. In the house you can completely free wine, beer, etc. get. A guest refrigerator is also available. The operators (a young couple from Central England) offer a very good all-round service. Breakfast and everything else really great!

Traumlage! Direkt am See. Die Zimmer 1 bis 4 haben über die kleine Terrasse und der Liegewiese einen direkten Seezugang. Hier ist auch ein Außenwhirlpool und eine Sauna vorhanden. Im oberen Gebäude befinden sich die Zimmer 5-10, die alle eine Terrasse und auch einen Seeblick haben. Im Haus kann man völlig zwanglos auch Wein, Bier usw. bekommen. Ein Gästekühlschrank steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Die Betreiber (ein junges Paar aus Mittelengland) bieten einen sehr guten Rundum Service. Frühstück und alles andere wirklich Top!

T.周辺の環境が静かで良かったです。部屋が清潔に保たれている。朝食はゆったりした雰囲気を感じられるようになっています。
T.部屋はとても広かったです。観光地としてはまあまあ普通と感じました。スタッフについては、しっかりした対応に安心感があります。
T.極めて良いホテルだと思います。インターネットが可能。朝食は良かった。ホテルの方は親切で、ゆっくり休めました。
