R.Beautiful location the scenery is stunning. The service was excellent; staff were kind, welcoming and warm. The suites were outstanding, pure luxury. The Mains restaurant was sensational. The dining atmosphere fabulous and the food superb.
C.Our stay was outstanding and to be honest it’s difficult to find the appropriate words to describe how fantastic our stay was. We were a group of 3 couples who all booked a Luxury Escape. We were celebrating my husband’s significant birthday and were staying in the beautiful main suite. Two nights of absolute luxury. The staff are faultless , so friendly and so very helpful they really made our stay very special. We dined in our huge suite on the first night and the chef prepared a grazing dinner which was incredible. The second night we had dinner in the restaurant which was equally outstanding. We can’t praise the property and the staff highly enough. Thank you for going above and beyond to make our stay so special.

J.Absolutely amazing place to stay. The staff are lovely and so genuine. The location is stunning and peaceful. We dined in the restaurant for the 2 nights we stayed and the food is incredible. Also, had breakfast on both mornings and loved the Bacon Eggs Benedict and Cappuccino. Would definitely go back to stay.
P.The best place we have ever stayed. We drove in and were welcomed by two ladies who showed us our rooms and gave us all relevant information. The rooms are wonderful , the breakfast and dinner first class and all staff are friendly and helpful. A wonderful experience. We had been out all day in the 2bd day and drove into the grounds and another lady came out and welcomed us back. First class.

Staff really seem to care and wanted to share tidbits about themselves too which is so lovely. So close to everything but far enough away to make you feel you are in a world of your own.

L.Beautiful property to spend a lazy Sunday having brunch in beautiful surroundings with wonderful vistas of Lake Rotorua, spectacular! We had a tasty brunch at a resonable price. The staff were friendly and helpful I could not fault them. Especially our waitress who had only started working at Peppers a couple of weeks ago. What a delightful charming young lady an asset to Peppers, sorry I can't remember her name, tho she was very memorable. I can highly recommend Peppers On The Point.
S.Stunning views of the lake. The food is divine! Server's are available and take care of you. The venue is gorgeous, a banquet feel of crystal chandeliers, wood furniture, antiques. Was a dining evening to remember.

J.Went here for my auntys birthday. Fantastic service. Amazing grounds and a really enjoyable relaxing day. Family friendly. All the kids enjoyed visiting with the resident sheep and donkey and miniature horses. As well as playing in the two storey playhouse.

M.Wow this place was amazing! We stayed in the cottage which had its own patio and hot tub. The suite itself was stunning; decent sized kitchen area, living room with fire place, large bedroom and luxury bath. Also had its own washer/dryer. The views of the lake are incredible, and we had little sheep friends that would greet us in the morning. Breakfast was soooo good, we wish we stayed for dinner as well. Matthew helped us get checked in and took care of us that night, he is one of the sweetest individuals I have met in a while. We would love to return on our next trip to NZ

N.A delight through and through - definitely stay here if you're in the Rotorua area! Check in was a breeze as we were greeted with drinks and shown around the grounds. Definitely get dinner - the food is outstanding and Matthew makes for an excellent maitre d.
Rooms are lovely, clean and quiet, with great views of the lake.
The grounds are wonderful, with great paths for walking and interacting with some sheep, donkeys and ponies that live on the hillside.
L.We stayed in the four bedroom villa which was lovely in every regard. The views from the property were spectacular. The food was delicious, the staff was excellent! It was the top accommodation of our stay in NZ!
P.Stunning dinner, great wines, excellent service, great spot for my parents 40th wedding anniversary. The staff were excellent from arrival through to after dinner and even came outside to help with getting photos. We were in the main dining room which is really spacious for a group and out really felt special. The wine options were perfect for the food and the lamb was succulent. The fish that others had was also beautiful and so no complaints from anyone here. Top class restaurant experience
C.Springfield Strollers Group meets weekly for a walk and coffee to follow. This was the Xmas final for us today. We had a lovely morning tea there. great service lovely spaces
C.There’s only one word to describe everything about this place - breathtaking! The view, the rooms, the library, the guest areas and the staff in particular are more than you ever expect from a stay. We stayed on the first floor adjoining the library and it was absolutely brilliant! Pity we didn’t have time to use the jacuzzi. Thank you Peppers on the Point, for an unforgettable experience! Without a doubt we’re going to back to our top recommendation for a stay at Rotorua. P.S. Mathew, you’re a star!

M.During our stay here we were well looked after. Kinda felt like royalty the amount of attention and amenities and I loved visiting the animals almost as much as we loved the view.
When we were picked up by a tour bus to go to a maori event, the entire bus was taken aback by our view.
Z.Absolutely beautiful place with clean and elegant rooms. Views of the lake from the rooms and the property are amazing! And they have a garden with some donkeys, sheep, a pony... This is probably (definitely, in my case) the best hotel along lake Rotorua. 5 star experience!!
T.We were thrilled with our stay at Peppers. The decoration was pleasant and calming. Sitting in the hot tub overlooking the lake was incredible. Its in the heart of a residential area an it is probably the last thing you are expecting to see at the end of the road.

T.I stumbled onto this resort on Expeida and while the rate was moderate the pictures were amazing. What a stunning location. Very bad breakfast. A fantastic room to relax and reminisce about the day that had just been. A great place to stay if your are looking for peace and quite in a luxury setting.

T.We had the pleasure to stay at the Villa at Peppers. From the minute we arrived the service was impeccable as was the glass of champagne on arrival. We declined dinner to babysit but enjoyed our 'cooked to order served with a smile' breakfast in the morning. The attention to detail in every way was outstanding.

S.If you want a quiet, peaceful and luxurious treatment with extraordinary views please do visit this place. We were here for 2 days for our honeymoon and absolutely loved this place.
T.Wowyes like my wife (Ravi) said it was amazing. It's a short drive to the centre of Rotorua. The word luxurious does not even come close to the fantastic room that we had, it was out of this world. It's located in a neighborhood with lots of great running routes in the morning.

V.I haven't stayed at this lodge but I have picked up my friends who lived there and this is awesome place with fantastic lake Rotorua view and lush interiors. My friends said the service was perfect and a room was luxurious.
