b.This is a truly superb B&B. Perched with stunning views over the town and lake of Rotorua it's sufficiently out of town to be quiet but with bus routes into the centre just up the road. Althea and Ashley are perfect hosts for whom nothing is to much trouble providing little extras and loads of useful information. The place is modern, clean and comfortable. Copious is not a large enough word to describe the breakfast; Althea provides a different menu every day, bagels, smoked salmon, bacon and eggs in addition to all the cereals, fruit and yoghurt and bread products you can eat. I doubt we'll forget our stay here.
