A.As a group of seven adults it was fantastic to be in a cottage together and all with our own bed. The rooms were wonderfully clean, very warm and had every amenity that we could hope for. We made good use of the beautiful spa room, it was a beautiful relaxing experience.
The staff were all friendly and very helpful.
It was only a 15 minute walk into town which was great for going to dinner and enjoying a few drinks with it.
R.Staff here are very friendly and nice, gave us a full walkthrough of the room when we entered and let us know about the hot pools (one of which you can only be in for a select period of time due to heat and minerals).
The hot pools here are fantastic and are great on a cold,rainy day.
Room also came with discounts to a couple of the tourist destinations around Rotorua.
T.Owner was very friendly and showed me around the motel and explained the facility's available. Sue is a wonderful host who took care of all our needs and even going above and beyond to provide toys for our son Aiden. The unit was very clean. We ordered takeaways and had a nice relaxing evening.
T.Tastefully decorated with all the conveniences and lovely and warm. Short walk into town through the thermal park. The price was cheap for the quality of the room I was staying at. All this for under $100 a night Very pleased and if we are ever in Rotorua again we would happily return.
T.I was greeted by a quite friendly and helpful lady at reception on check-in. Very relaxing and nice private room to enjoy after a long day on the road. The price was right for what we received. Owners of the motel were very generous and had great local advise to give which was much appreciated.
T.We had a great time at this motel. Our unit was quite adequate and good value for what we paid but nothing to rave about. By car there is a range of eating establishments just a few minutes away, perhaps 20 minutes on foot if you want a drink.
T.I had a night at the motel as a PreBirthday treat, had a lovely comfy unit. Huge unit with own kitchen and bathroom facilities the separate room was great for our 15 month old to sleep. We were there as they were changing ***agers and everyone was very friendly and helpful.
T.We really liked the location of the motel. The hot water spa pool is fed by geothermally heated water and should not be missed. The lady at the reception was extremely polite and welcomed us to the Motel. Book directly on their website will give you the best value for money.

T.It's quite reasonable price considering the quality of rooms and swim pool. The hosts went above and beyond in their service and we would return any day. We met the lady owner who was much more friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely be returning when I stay in Rotorua.
T.Awesome motel, we got the large 2 bedroom cabin which was well equipped and had a large space for my 2 year old niece. The couple who runs this place was really friendly. Also featured a mineral spa and laundry room
T.The highlight was definitely the free mineral spa which you can lock so you an enjoy 20mins all to yourself. ***y of the aspects of the room were quite reasonable and given the price of less than NZ$100 a night you could say 'what can you expect. The rest was perfect.
L.Stayed here many times. They go the extra mile to please. It's not the Ritz and nor are the prices. The spa due for a tidy up but a very nice all around experience. I'd stay here again, again and probably again.
T.I would definitely reccomend staying at red rock to all of my friends and family. We found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The motel accommodation is homely modern and you'll want for nothing and if you did at the front desk they are so obliging it's a class act.

i.Really lovely welcome, very fast and professional briefing about pools and room. Room was comfortable and clean. Within walking distance to hospital, fast food, and bottleshop. If we need to stay in Rotorua again, it will be here.

A.Clean motel and nice garden. Spafacility seemed nice even though we did not give it a try. Rooms are clean but small! Especially for a big family. Position is a bit from the centre so you will need a car.

M.Lovely room, friendly staff, but she came and knocked on my door and asked that my visitor leaves and it was only 9:12pm and website CLEARLY states 10pm? ,
It was only me, my daughter and my friend visiting so wasnt noisey or anything??? Other than that. Very pleasnt stay.

Mi marido y yo estamos encantados, la chica de la recepción en un encanto, nos recomendó sitios a donde ir bonitos, nos ha dado un servicio estupendo en los días que hemos estado aquí.
El hotel en si está muy bien, tiene encanto. Además está situado muy bien.
Totalmente recomendable.
Pueden hacerte la colada y eso nos ha venido muy bien.

Nothing displeased us but with our activities, not had time to enjoy the pool and the spa. The receptionist is friendly and advises well on activities and places to do and visit with brochures available.

Correct motel, chambre propre et équipée de chauffage, lits grands et confortables. C'est suffisant pour passer les nuits et visiter Rotorua les journées. Rien ne nous a déplu mais avec nos activités, pas eu le temps de profiter de la piscine et du spa. La réceptionniste est sympas et conseille bien sur les activités et endroits à faire et visiter avec brochures à disposition.
