Beautiful place and such wonderful hosts! Annie and Dale are simply awesome. Very neat, clean and spacious place. Quiet and safe for families.

We had a great stay the rooms are lovely and clean with a great view. Awesome breakfast. Great hosts. Will definitely stay here again.

Annie and Dale are warm and friendly hosts. Providing superb accommodation with fantastic views and every comfort. A home away from home. In a convenient location, close to everything but also nice and quiet. Breakfast...oh my goodness! I couldn't be happier with my choice.

Stunning. This was just the break we needed. Gorgeous, spacious, well-equipped studio apartment, immaculately clean, looking brand new. Splendid views of the geothermal steam rising against the mountain ranges. Scrumptious continental breakfast with delicious lattes. Annie and Dale gave us invaluable advice: from the best and most scenic way to get to Rotorua, great activities suitable for our family, and incredible depth of knowledge about the area. Annie and Dale are welcoming and helpful, yet give guests the perfect amount of space to enjoy their holiday. Top notch!

Best stay we could have imagined! Annie and Dale were absolutely fantastic, so welcoming and gave us great tips on what to see and where to eat! Room was extremely clean and what a view!! Cooked breakfast was amazing! Will definitely be back soon! Thank you!!

Annie & Dale are superb hosts. They are both very welcoming and the room was very clean and fresh. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed scrumptious breakfasts with the best coffee in town. I would highly recommend a stay at Rotorua Views with Annie, Dale and Mao (their gorgeous Siamese cat).

A lovely stay in a spacious, modern, impeccable apartment. Hosts Annie and Dale were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Dale makes great coffee. It's a great location, with gorgeous views over Rotorua. We were given really useful info about what to do, where to eat, etc. A fantastic holiday.

Rotorua Views - we loved it! Annie and Dale are lovely hosts. We had a beautiful two nights in the Matipo room at Rotorua Views. The accommodation and facilities (bed linen, bathroom toiletries, robes) are all 5 star hotel standard and the bed is super comfortable. It was a great spot to be in with lovely views over the hills and to Lake Rotorua. It has huge sunsets and in the morning you can see the steam from the geyser at Te Puia while you’re eating breakfast. Rotorua Views is in a quiet, peaceful location and it’s close to town, ‘Eat Streat’ cafes and other key attractions. Annie and Dale were very helpful and knowledgeable about local attractions and are both awesome cooks. The breakfasts are superb and Dale makes a fantastic coffee as they have a serious espresso machine and fresh ground beans. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended. Host Annie & Dale are kiwis. Very considerate and warm. Location is a bit far from city center (10-min drive) but other aspects compensate the disadvantage. Breakfast is excellent with three types to choose from (big breakfast, egg benedict & pancake). Room is very modern and comfortable for a cold winter visit (13th -14th July 2019). The highlight is the lift without the need to carry luggage to the second floor. It is also one of the cleanliest B&Bs I have stayed in my two-week NZ trip.

Very nice apartment. Spacious and very well equipped. Perfect for 3-4 people. Washing machine available too. The hosts are very friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend this apartment to other visiting Rotorua!

Perfectly equipped appartement for a short stay in Rotorua. Space for a family of 4, washing machine and everything that is necessary. Also the hosts were very nice.
