T.Stayed for the weekend as a treat for our kids to have fun with the park,spa and pool and relaxing time for me and hubby while we didnt need to go anywhere we could just kick back.. the room was good loads of space really clean and close to everything. Bed was extra big and comfy so we had a good sleep aswell. Reception was awesome good communication. Overall a really enjoyable stay.
We will definately be back🙂
M.Reasonable price for a place to stay, close to the shops, owners were super friendly. Rooms were good. Owners were absolute legends!
P.We were booked in at short notice due to our booked accommodation being unliveable. We were made to feel very welcome and nothing seemed too much trouble. The accommodation was clean and had everything to make our three day stay enjoyable.
We would definitely recommend this to any travellers staying in Rotorua.
M.Great family hotel with a large and warm water pool. We had two bedroom warm apartments with a kitchen.
The city center, shops, and restaurants are nearby.
Our refrigerator did not work, but the staff immediately brought a new one. An excellent playground, tennis table and a large BBQ.
L.The rooms are clean and tidy. The interior is very stylish and has more of an apartment than motel feel to it. It is well furnished and the location of the Motel couldn't be more perfect being situated almost right in town and directly across from an affordable supermarket. I enjoyed my stay here and believe my travelling partners did as well.
L.Nice hotel located in central Rotorua. Rooms are well furnished and ample parking available on site. Rooms are very well kept and comfortable. We stayed 4 nights here with a 7-yr old. Washer and dryer are located in an adjacent block, and costs NZ$4 for wash and dry each. Enough restaurants, supermarket located in the area. Highly recommended.
A.We stayed in the house as there was a large group of us. The house was perfect for our group. The living area waa large and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. There was always plenty of towels and blankets. The motel was in a fantastic location, we walked to the supermarket and into town. The only negative we found was the house was not the cleanest
N.The lady staff was ok, helpful in the sense of knowing where to eat unhelpful in the sense that we paid for a room with amenities that were not there. Had we spoken to the male staff member about our concerns I think he would have been a lot more understanding and accommodating - mainly that we booked and paid for a room with a hot tub but when we turned up the hot tub was not existent in our room and the lady refused to offer any refund on the room - even the difference in price for each room. We are reuquired to pay before arrival so I thought this was quite unfair and rude considering we paid for something we did not get. We would have not paid the extra had we known we would not get a spa or our money back for the difference - slightly misleading advertising and then once challenged regarding paying for a hot tub room but being put in one without she just quoted some consumer guarantee and told us we could not be reimbursed the difference OR moved to the room we booked, not only that but we were able to book a second room online stating it had a hot tub when her reason for not moving us to one was that there were none available, there was according to their online booking platform. The option was a room without a spa at $140 a night or a room with a spa for $155 per night. 3 stars because while the room was nice, it was noisy most nights and the room was supposed to have a spa - would have 5 stars had they given us a refund on the difference in price between room with spa and room without.
K.Really enjoyed my stay here. Had a nice room with a lovely spa and a quiet atmosphere. Very close to stores so just a quick walk if we needed anything. Friendly staff as well. Overall, loved it!

The room we had was very clean, comparable to a 4 star hotel. Tim,the Manager (not sure in he’s the owner), was very polite and kind. It was a bit sad that the original room we booked in had a problem. But he gave us a bigger room and a complimentary voucher to use at Polynesian spa. This have turned our night to be better. They also have a heated outdoor pool for guests and they can give discount vouchers for other eatablishments (as long as they have them and you will need to ask Tim or anyone in the reception). Again, we had a great stay at this motel and we thank Tim for this.

L.John is awesome and place is amazing. Pool was so nice being winter and hot tub awesome when back in the room. Enjoyed our time and would deff go back. Recommend to all.
P.The rooms are cute with retro decore. There was a hot tub and a kitchen which was very nice. The rooms got very warm during the day, but you can open the windows at night to cool down. The location was great and in the middle of a lot of attractions.
Z.I've had a great stay here -- while the room may have been a little small and it's a little annoying to get a room on the second floor if you've got tons of luggage, it's quite worth it considering what I paid for it. The room feels pretty clean, there's a stovetop and stuff, and it's situated the town center. (Although Rotorua isn't that big in the first place, I guess.) One thing you might want to be aware of if you're coming to Rotorua in general is that the place has a bit of a sulfur smell -- thankfully, the room doesn't smell of it (they put fragrances in the bathroom to mask the smell too), so as long as you've got your windows closed (or your curtains drawn, with your windows open) it'll be alright.
D.Lovely comfortable motel. Quirky decor which we loved. Clean and tidy. Loads for children to do - pool, table tennis, playground and hot tub! Handy to town and other activities. Would definitely stay again 🤗
S.RotoVegas: the rooms were clean/neat and modern. Nice large shower. Staff were friendly. Carey and Phil gave us great advice on what to visit around the region. Fast and unlimited internet connection. Overall a great experience. If Elvis was still alive and visiting Rotorua, he would most likely be staying at RotoVegas.
D.Fantastic accommodation for large groups. 4 toilets so no qeues for anyone! Has big tv in lounge that took USB and was able to play 1tb HDD of movies no problems. Well stocked for cutlery and press and pans. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

S.Pretty good. Has a spa and a large living spaces at affordable prices. Has Countdown supermarket directly across the road. Rotorua is a bit smelly in most areas though.

G.(Translated) Centrally located in Rotorua. A few minutes walk to the city center. Friendly welcome with good recommendations for things to do. In the no apartment you will find everything essential, what you need, also kitchenette with equipment. The heating is powered by geothermal energy and gives off a lot of heat. The bathroom seems a bit dirty, in our apartment (2) was the main street clearly heard - but there are also apartments further out of the way. The pool is inviting. Our apartment needs a renewal.

Zentral in Rotorua gelegen. Wenige Gehminuten zum Stadtzentrum. Freundlicher Empfang mit guten Empfehlungen für Unternehmungen. In der keinen Wohnung findet man alles Wesentliche was man braucht, auch Küchenzeile mit Ausstattung. Die Heizung wird von der Geothermie gespeist und gibt ordentlich Wärme ab. Die Nasszelle wirkt etwas unsauber, in unserer Wohnung (2) war die Hauptstraße deutlich zu hören - es gibt aber auch Appartements weiter abgelegen. Der Pool wirkt einladend. Unser Appartment bräuchte mal wieder eine Erneuerung.
