Spotless, motel manager and other workers were super friendly, the place was clean and the air con kept us comfortable throughout the nights. Tight parking space tho but good lighting and good cctv coverage for our vehicles. Gotta say this tho. been reading some recent reviews about this motel here, it is funny how others could blame the motel for their own mistake, sounded like Karens didn't read their confirmation and getting mad at themselves for being stupid. Own up your mistake stop blaming others or expect people to fix your mistake because you are so special, Keep up the good work Emily, we will be coming back.

Really enjoyed our stay here, the room we stayed in was very clean - might I even say spotless! the young manager lady was very friendly as well. Couldn't ask for more, definitely will book again when we visit. Thanks.

Front desk staff friendly and helpful, carpark fully lit and safe, quiet during level 2 alert which is nice. Clean, warm and has modern facilities/amenities compared to other motels in the area. Enjoyed a week stay, would definitely book again. 💯

Friendly service. Quiet. Environmentally friendly products. Attention to detail. Thorough health and safety procedures around use of thermal pool ie booking system and temperature.

Had a very pleasant stay and Emily the manager was fantastic with her communication made it easy to find and all COVID requirements covered off.

The room we had was spacious, the only set back was that the air conditioning unit was mounted in the main room, and it's at the corner, the air can't reach the small room.

The room is beyond our expectations. It's very clean and tidy. As a neat freak I'm so satisfied with the cleanness. Staff are very friendly, beds are comfy, the room is nice and warm and it has everything we need. My kids don't want to leave and want to live here longer. We will definitely come back

This was a wonderful spot for a family vacation with two teenagers. Great service, clean and tidy rooms. Our flights were cancelled and they kindly were able to accommodate us. Happy to stay here again.

The Thermal Oak motel is newly upgraded to a very exceptional standard. Very, very clean and tidy.Comfortable beds and soft pillows. Location is ideal as it is very close to many tourist attractions, great restaurants and shops. Attentive and helpful staff. Well worth the money. Would definitely recommend to whanau and friends

Good location. The room was spacious with very good facilities. On top of those was the service. Super friendly and warm welcome. We really enjoyed our time there.

Booked in a King Suite. Such a warm welcome at reception and in the room itself. Beautifully presented 2-room suite with heaps of room and soooo clean. The other plus's are a 5 min walk to Urban Restaurant/Bistro with a 5% discount from motel. Plus a selection of eating places AND 8mins brisk walk to Countdown close by. Will tell our families worth the travel stopover....we're here till Monday 17th May. Website true to pictures....

Can I give it any more stars. It definitely MORE than a motel. ABSOLUTELY beautiful space created. Super clean and spacious bathroom. Kitchen is superb with high end quality equipment, pots and crockery. The bed is one of the comfiest bed I've slept in and I've slept in hotels that offer king beds that don't compare. I would come back for sure as the room impressed me so much. The free mineral pool looks a little outdated but they clean it daily and monitor the water closely. Worth a dip!

What an amazing experience we had staying here! Very clean, considerate and very helpful staff, very centrally located to town centre and shopping outlets and has an added bonus of an in-house mineral pool..!! Highly recommend this place for couples!

Good rooms - spacious and generally a good all round place to stay. Close to most things and on Fenton Street so easy access to everywhere.

Very clean modern room. Exceptionally friendly and helpful at reception . The car parking spaces were a little tight but manageable. Location was perfect and we ended up staying 3 nights.

Located 5min drive from cobb and Co and local town center. Stayed at the Thermal Oak Motel Rotorua with my family 👨‍👨‍👦‍👦 Great place if your on a budget and spacious rooms and living area for the whole family. Also provides good facilities modern rooms and a mineral spa by private booking. Mr Wei-Chu the Motel Mgr is very helpful and friendly. We originally booked the two bedroom cabin however due to an unforeseen plumbing issue with the hot water before we arrived we received excellent correspondence and was given an alternative accomodation having two separate rooms side by side which suited us perfectly. I looked forward to booking my next weekend holiday at the Thermal Oak Motel. Again thanks Wei-Chu. :)

Probably the most modern motel I’ve ever seen in Rotorua what a surprise! I have stayed in hotel and motel around this property but they were nothing compared to the thermal oak. Stayed in room 3 (main building) and room 20 for my family, both very spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Manager is talkative and nice, what could i ask for more. Would definitely come back, i

This is a very nice modern motel right in the city centre. Beautiful room and such friendly and happy staff. Perfect location and affordable price. We experienced way more than what we expected. The room with absolutely everything you need is just perfect for family holiday. I highly recommend it. Not motel quality at all!!. Def coming back when I go to Rotorua. 100 of 100!!!

The most clean motel i have ever seen. Free thermal pool for every inhouse guest is like a big treat. Very friendly staff. Wei, the motel manager was very helfull, and polite. Thank u for our lovely stay.

I had a great stay at Thermal Oak Motel. The hotel is very very clean and the toilet is very nice. nice bedding and a very decent motel to stay in rotorua. auckland close to a lot of tourist attraction. Highly recommended.

Newly renovated it seems - very clean and receptionist was super friendly and helpful. We stayed a night longer as we liked it so much, would definitely be back!

Newly renovated, clean and tidy. Lacking basic things such as face clothes in bathroom though. Hit water for shower was a bit hit and miss but otherwise ok.

Apart from the manager Weichu that does not play valorant and league of legend with his best mates even after he got off the work, this is overall a good motel.
