Z.Awesome place! Would highly recommend.. staff are kind and caring and the room , oh mate , absolutely 100% comfort .. this place will make you forget your worries and very homely.
The beds are beautiful, I'm sleeping in a king size and very very cozy.
You really dont know what your missing.
K.My go to place to stay whenever I go to Rotorua. The manager Judith is so friendly and helpful. The beds are super comfy and the spas in the room are an added bonus! It's only minutes from town, supermarkets, restaurants and takeaways. I love the atmosphere and the rooms have always been super clean!

T.My husband and I stayed at the hotel before starting our big adventure. Room/suite was spacious and pleasant. By the way the location is the best. I had a good rest there as the surroundings were very peaceful. The hotel was only a few minutes from shopping,resturants etc. Bathrooms are similarly spacious with good shower.
M.Nice hôtel. We stayed two nights. Suite room was good, clean and the small kitchen was full of useful gadgets. If you stay two days the room will be not be done. When we arrived no soap was present in the bathroom.
T.The main positive of the hotel is its excellent location. Conveniently located close to the centre of town. At the cleanliness - everywhere there was nothing to fault. I got a pretty cheap price for booking the room the night before. The chap at the front desk was very kind and helpful.
T.The housekeeping was immaculate and was great to come home to after long days out. Room didn't seem to go with the Italian theme on the outside but was very comfortable and the service was impeccable. Would recommend to those looking for a good retreat after a packed day out.
R.Loved the size of the rooms with a really great kitchen and sperate bedrooms. But was a little on the dirty side and the room lacked a phone (we had no TP and couldn't call down in the rain storm to get more). But the jet tub really made things special.
K.We stay over night management was awesome as I had contacted the motel as we were arriving earlier than check in time which was a hour n half early very accommodating to our needs. Nice clean unit, huge spa great value. Thank you Tuscany Villas will be sure to stay again 1 day.
S.It is a nice place. But could be better. For the cost conscious. The deluxe suit that we stayed has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (within which there is even a hot tub/spa).
T.Wonderful place situated within easy walking of main area of Rotorua. The hosts were very friendly & approachable, even with a late checkout. Staff were happy to store our bikes in the shed so we didn't need to clutter up our room. The next day we had lunch at the Fat Dog which is a great place.
D.Only two words to describe this place. WOW + AMAZING. The private spa is great to soak in and the ladies at reception are lovely. The resident spaniel is very welcoming to all guests and just adorable
A.Our first night in a deluxe Studio with a spa bath was amazing from the time I arrived an checked in off road from a long journey from Levin. Judith the receptionist was amazing manaakitanga and with all the best tikanga a maori experience could have asked for thank you a millie Judith to the point we were returning back with 3 children and she booked us in with another perfect accommodation for a small family thank you again and be sure to see you soon again Judith I would highly recommend this accommodation A STAR 4 SHOULD BE A STAR 5 amazing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
T.Hotel is well located as long as you have a car otherwise its 10mins walk from the town. There is lots to do in Rotorua and I would have liked to have stayed longer. We were very happy with the cleanliness of the hotel. We absolutely loved our stay here.
T.We stayed in unit 7 on the ground floor on the back close to the rubbish bins. It was much smaller and more basic than the unit we booked on the days prior. We didn't enjoy it as much as it was more expensive and had less to offer. We were missing something special that made up for the higher price. Guess that's Rotovegas you paying for....

E.Nice, clean, spacious room, spa bath and separate bathroom. Lovely lady at reception advised us to visit Volcanic Valley and it was wonderful.

M.Second floor access is tough on travelers with big suitcases. Request 1st floor if you have mobility issues. Strong sulfur smell in room, but it's everywhere in Rotorua.
