r.Amazing!! Best motel we have ever stayed in - the room was fresh, clean, and modern. The owners were incredibly helpful and made our stay absolutely wonderful - and the kids loved the pool!! Cannot recommend this place highly enough :-)

S.I have been staying at the Ambassador Motor Inn every time I visit Tauranga over the last seven years. I honestly wouldn't stay anywhere else in the area. Managers treat you like family and the price, service, and the quality of the rooms is second to none. I recommend the motel to anyone i know that is visiting Tauranga and will keep doing so as long as the managers remain. It is 5 stars in my book. And has disabled room and parking of which I use as i am in a chair.
S.Great value for money, clean, tidy and close to the city center. Highly recommended. Added bonus Tauranga people are very friendly if you look lost they will ask you whether you need help. Really enjoy our short visit!
V.A lovely warm welcome! 🙂 Beautiful apartments decorated with warm colours love the decor and you get a fridge frezzer fridge. Also the lovely bathroom shampoo etc in cute bottles large bathroom 🙂 You must stay here so close to everything. Will definitely come back and stay here! Enjoyed the pool was so hot and having a swim just made it even better after driving for most of the day.
W.Ended up booking last minute accommodation here as our original accommodation was a huge let down. Were very friendly and the rooms were there clean and tidy with great parking. Highly recommend.
L.The best motel I have stayed in quite a while. Manager is a very nice guy helpful & as busy as he was still couldn't do enough to help. Linens were clean & so was the shower toilet etc. If you need a last minute booking he will do his best to help.

J.Oldie but a goodie, rooms are clean, with good beds and bathrooms. Management are very helpful and willing to go out of their way to help. Can see that they have recently upgraded it and it it very fresh and tidy.
J.A feel good Inn. Clean and tidy, crispy sheets and towels, cute ironing board, spacious room and as our daughter said, "the pillows are bomb" (She definitely loved them).
On arrival after a long drive from Auckland, the warm and cheerful welcome from bubbly Kerry Anne set the standard. It is a relaxing place and we enjoyed our over nights stay.
When we are in Tauranga again Ambassador Inn shall be our go to place.

A.Its was amazing felt right at home. The owner or manager was very family orientated and made sure that we are well taken care of will be a returning customer.
V.Could not fault this motel. Superbly clean and roomy. Everything you need provided. Loved it!
L.The bacon and eggs are so good from the breakfast menu. You can taste the love the chef puts into them!

S.Beautiful. Close to mount maunganui, city etc. Manager was really friendly and told us places of interest. Very neat clean rooms bathroom and toilet and surroundings. Reasonable pricing. You wont regret. Go go go.

J.Not too bad, the unit we had needs updating. Upside that the bedrooms were separate, so we could put the kids to bed & we could stay up to watch tv. The host was very helpful & friendly.
A.The woman, one of whom runs the show is absolutely fantastic. Extremely helpful and goes out of her way to accommodate you. I was in a bit of a pickle with no where to stay very late at night on new years eve and she sorted something for me. Rooms are fine, dated but clean and comfortable and cosy.

W.Rooms cozy, and fit for purpose, unfortunately the shower is not suited for tall people, installing an adjustable shower head will improve this. Could do with more towels as you remove the used ones and no new replacement?
A.Tidy and relatively nice. Staff were very helpful and easy to speak to and they were happy to allow us to have a small dog in our room for the duration of our stay.
