L.From the check in right to the checkout everything was great. Room and bathroom awesome. Breakfast was so yummy. And hosts were super friendly and thoughtful. Tatiana packed us some fruit for the trip home. Beautiful Home and awesome hospitality.

M.We were looked after by great hosts who cooked us tasty breakfasts of eggs how we wanted them and bacon mushrooms and tomatoes. The dining room was light and had views over a residential valley. There is a warm lounge where guests can join each other. The bedrooms were comfortable with comfortable beds and good a ensuite with great water pressure in the shower.
L.Fantastic location with easy commute to the City and Mt. Great parks and walking tracks on the door step.
Hosts are super lovely and go out of their way to make you comfortable, ask and you receive. A home away from home.
D.We are from North Auckland and had a 2 night excellent stay. The bedroom was well equipped with everything we needed and very clean and well presented The hosts were very obliging and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent breakfast with cooked or continental.
P.Stayed for 2 day on business. Nicely appointed room that supplies what is needed. Staying in a room with en suite so had my own space even though this is a BnB. The hosts are welcoming and breakfast is very well organized. Happy to recommend.
l.It was a very pleasant stay. The room was very comfortable and facilities were very very clean. The Breakfast was 1st class, the fresh fruit salad was amazing, as my husband enjoyed his big cooked breakfast. David and his lovely wife are wonderful host's and full of knowledge about the area. d.From the moment we arrived at this beautiful villa. Our hosts David and his wonderful wife Tatiana Warren, were absolutely wonderful. They have a real eye for attention to detail. And their version of " cleanliness is next to godliness" is definitely next level. The room was so warm and homely. Our room had a ensuite which consisted of a bath tub and separate shower and toilet. The shower pressure was amazing it relaxed your muscles after travelling. After my shower i made the mistake of sitting on the bed with the intention of watching TV, but the TV wound up watching me due to the bed being so comfy i couldnt keep my eyes open. David and Tatiana make an exceptional team. David spent time with us on arrival pointing out places to dine or if we wanted a relaxing swim where the best local places are.We woke up to an amazing breakfast we were allowed either a cooked or continental breakfast the fuit was so fresh and amazing presented the cooked breakfast was out of this world our first ever bed and breakfast stay we will definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone thanks David and Tatiana for your warm hospitality.

A great room with a nice view, a walk-in closet and a very nice bathroom with tub and shower, everything optimally matched and stylish. The coronation, our two hosts Tatiana and David - not only a great couple, but also a great team. The breakfasts are outstanding and the ambiance is great. Wir waren schon mehrfach in Neuseeland. Unsere Quartiere in der Regel Motels und wir waren immer sehr zufrieden. Vom Seascape sind wir total begeistert. Ein tolles Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht, ein begehbarer Schrank und ein sehr schönes Bad mit Wanne und Dusche, alles optimal abgestimmt und stilvoll. Die Krönung, unsere beiden Gastgeber Tatiana und David - nicht nur ein tolles Paar, sondern auch ein großartiges Team. Das Frühstück hervorragend und das Ambiente dazu, einfach großartig. Unsere 4 Nächte vergingen leider zu schnell. Danke !!!
