G.Underground parking was a bit tight but we have a wide car. Appartment was nice we had a two bedroom. Grand children loved the pool. Close to shops and restaurants. Nice view of Pilot Bay.
S.Spot on with the location, 2 minutes walk to the mount and about 8 mins walk to the main street with restaurants and bars. Friendly staff and got a cafe in the building that makes it handy. However technology needs upgrade, still feels like 10 year behind especially the internet connectivity and TVs.

d.What a beautiful place to spend a few days relaxing. We had a free upgrade, which was amazing.. fantastic views over the water, lovely spacious, stylish, spotless apartment. A lovely break away from our container home as we are building.. it was snowing when we left so landing in 16 degrees at the mount was almost tropical 🤣

N.We flew down to NZ to visit my partners Mum for a long weekend and booked in to stay at the Pacific Apartments. From phoning to make our booking, checking in, to ensuring our stay was wonderful throughout, we cannot flaw the hosts at this wonderful property. Rooms were a great size, inroom laundry facilities perfect for our gym gear, and superb location close to dining and attractions.
The customer service alone will have us returning. Kind, caring, supportive and nurturing.
P.Absolutely stunning place. Very friendly management team. Super clean and spacious appartments with big balcony and breathtaking views of Pilot bay from our 5th floor apartment. 2 mins walk to the beach, hot pools and cafes. Kids loved the place too. Super secure with touch key access to lifts and all other entries. Highly recommended.

M.Clean apartments and great central location. Only downside was that one of the bedrooms in our 2 bedroom apartment got super hot being in late afternoon sun, up to 35°C! Impossible for my baby to go to sleep in that room, but the room round the other side was ok
D.This place is great, lovely people very very clean and comfortable. We had a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom apartment. Looking out over the harbour. Watched the ships come in and go out, the night view was as lovely as the day The kids loved it. We will be back.
S.Stayed in a 2Bedroom with friends for a concert weekend. Apartment was beautiful with amazing views of the bay, and mountain, showers were nice. No expenses spared. Jacuzzi is Relaxing and can fit everyone with space. Manager was really accommodating and kind with great instructions to help our stay flow better, everything was nice and I felt much more welcome here then at other resorts across the road. We ended up getting another room and staying on longer then friends in a 1 bedroom on the floor down.

F.Very nice modern spacious and clean apartments. Due to our own error in booking we had two different apartments, one two bed and one three bed (we booked 2 nights but meant to book 3, so the very helpful receptionist booked us the only available appartment left for the 3rd night, which was bigger than we needed but saved us trying to find somewhere else). Both apartments were very nice but kitted out with different furniture and appliances. The two bed on the 2nd floor had big sliding doors onto large balconies off the smaller double bed room and the lounge, giving acess to fresh air. But the larger onsuite double, which had full length windows on the outside wall, had no opening window and no aircon, only a very noisy standing fan unit (too noisy to have on at night). Which made it a bit stuffy. However all the windows had shades/blinds as well as curtains which cut down the glare and heat from the summer day.
The 3 bed had a very odd configuration. The smallist bedroom (double bed but only just room enough to walk around the edges of the bed) was in the middle of the building (not on the outside, so no window). And it was only separated from the lounge by two flimsy frosted corner sliding doors. I wouldn't have wanted to sleep in it, no privacy. Not good for kids either, if you wanted to put them to bed but still use the kitchen/lounge, because the noise/light would go straight through the doors. We only needed two rooms and the others were very good, both spacious and having sliding doors to a balcony and one having an onsuite and large dressing area. It also had a very nice big balcony off the lounge and was on the 7th floor, were we could see the beach/sea between the other towers. It unfortunately did not have window shades in any of the rooms, only curtains, so the sun beat in making the room very hot. We had to half shut the blackout curtains which was a shame as it was very dim then. Opening the big slidings doors was good, but unfortunately for us the day was very windy too so kept blowing our stuff and the curtains about. The aircon unit, which was in the lounge only, wasn't very powerful.
I preferred the 2 bed layout to the 3 bed, even though you didn't get a view there.
The underground car park was good and secure. There are a few trolleys you can use to help you get your belongings up to the rooms. We were very busy and unfortunately didn't get a chance to use the pool.
We had a good stay however. It's a very convenient site, close to the Mt, beach and shops. I would stay there again, but if I needed a third bedroom I'd check the layout of the apartment. There might be different configurations, so avoiding the one we'd experienced.

Stay 3 nights with my family, was so spectacular the stay we decided to stay 1 more night.
1 block from the beach, the view from our room was exceptional.
My parents was very impress.

T.Nice place, just a few small gripes- glass doors on showers could have done with a proper clean, glass was very cloudy. Carparking is quite a tight fit with bigger vehicles, we were given a list of rules when we arrived, rules included - we had to take all rubbish and place it in the bin located in the garage, no being on the deck after 10pm, and we had to put dishes on dishwasher & turn it on. They also charge 2.2% fee on top of booking when paying by MasterCard , it's even more if you pay by American Express.
But facilities were otherwise really nice- not exactly beach views we had expected but still very nice :)
M.Nice clean modern apartment, very well apointed. Would have been a 5 star rating but the beds could be more comfortable. Apartment next to us had very loud music playing at night. Within minutes of calling reception the party was shut down. We will be returning.
d.The rooms were alright but the facilities were not the best, The pool was dirty and had sand,tissues and it was very very cold the spa/hot tub was also not the best since it smelled like it didn’t have chlorine or something but it smelled bad, the gym in the other hand was very bad the treadmill was squeaky and there was not a lot of equipment, after all I don’t really recommend going there if you are spending the week in Tauranga I just recommend it for a 1 night stay and that’s it!

T.The rates for this place extremely high for this place, but we found a good deal for a 3 night stay somehow. This hotel apartment was legit! It had everything you'd need for a short or long stay. We miss this place already. Was great for our honeymoon!
J.Great place to stay would recommend. They even took $100 off as we went through a booking site who overcharged. The pizza restaurant downstairs does good pizzas too! And we got a discount for the Mt pools.
