J. G.Lovely spacious rooms. Warm, clean and comfortable. Great for the family. Rooms are not double glazed so rooms closer to the road hear the night traffic. Otherwise Lovely stay
J.First time in this accommodation. A great welcome from the temporary manageress. Nice clean room with all the expected services at hand. Highly recommend if passing through. About a kilometre out of the main town but enjoyed the short walk.

It's located a little out of the centre of town, but nice and quiet location and within easy driving distance of anywhere in Timaru.

Mattresses on beds are due for replacement as they aren’t very comfortable. But otherwise a pleasant stay. Would be nice if the bathroom heaters stayed on longer than 20 seconds.

I.Friendly staff, comfortable rooms with decent sized TV and has everything you will need. Unlike most other motels in Timaru the free Internet is actually good (each room even has it's own router).

P. S.The hosts were helpful and very friendly. The unit was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable and plenty of parking available.
Timaru has a great boardwalk in Caroline Bay and we did get to see a little blue penguin come in after dusk to the rocks by the port after waiting about two hours! Worth it though.
Would recommend the Monteith's pub in Timaru also, a very yummy meal.

G.(Translated) Our nicest place to stay in New Zealand! Very cheap - we paid only $ 155 for a 2 bedroom unit with 3 single beds and a double bed! The unit was very spacious, clean and quiet.
The owners are extremely friendly. Told us a lot about the area. There was super fine-smelling shampoo and shower liquid bottles with Manuka honey that we were allowed to take with us on departure. When we asked where you can buy them, the owner spontaneously gave us some bottles :-D We were very pleased.
Then we left my little daughter's pajamas behind. They sent the nightgown to us straight away and we had it in the mail after a few days.
Thank you very much for your great hospitality and the beautiful and clean unit.

Unsere schönste Unterkunft in Neuseeland! Sehr günstig - wir haben für ein 2 Schlafzimmer Unit mit 3 Einzelbetten und einem Doppelbett nur 155$ bezahlt! Das Unit war sehr grosszügig, sauber und ruhig.
Die Besitzer sind äusserst freundlich. Haben uns viel erzählt von der Umgebung. Es gab superfeinriechende Shampoo und Duschmittelfläschchen mit Manukahonig, die wir bei der Abreise mitnehmen durften. Als wir fragten, wo man die kaufen kann, schenkte uns die Besitzerin spontan einige Fläschen :-D Das hat uns sehr gefreut.
Dann haben wir das Pijama meiner kleinen Tochter liegen gelassen. Sie schickten das Nachthemd gleich an uns weiter und wir haben es nach einigen Tagen in der Post gehabt.
Vielen herzlichen Dank für Eure tolle Gastfreundlichkeit und das schöne und sauberen Unit.
