R.Very happy with the quest. Nice rooms, well presented and very clean. Bedrooms vary little in hotels so I generally judge them on the quality of the bathroom. At the Quest the bathrooms are modern and very clean. Great to have the option of the washer dryer.
N.Pretty good placement with the mall, gym and new world close by, not to mention the central railway’s station and the bustling city centre. Some of the features inside are a bit old or cheap as which contradicts with the whole place. The place is silent despite the busy road and the trains. Nice view. I hope they fix the wierd and broken stuff and that would be perfect. Kitchen is fully stocked.

P.We stayed in 2 self contained units. They were clean and tidy. Parking available but you need to book as there are limited spaces and wheelchair accessible.
K.Great room. Lovely decor. The lady on reception was very professional, helpful and seems to be a great asset to the hotel. The view of the port is nice. You can here other guests doors opening/closing & a bit if traffic bur its not bad.

S.We stayed in a self contained studio. Very spacious, clean, tea coffee facilities, dishwasher, cooktop, washer. Staff are very polite, helpful & friendly. City fitness next to Hotel. Centrally located hotel. Walking distance to train station & bus terminal, Queens Wharf & waterfront where you can access all restaurants with amazing views. Shopping center is walking distance. Very convenient & safe. Highly recommend 👍👍
I.Spacious rooms with good amenities, but not enough ventilation possibilities. It was very humid after taking a shower. We missed fresh air. The ventilation made a lot of noise. Good location near bus stop and train station (there was a supermarket there). Nice restaurants within 1 km radius.
L.Great service friendly helpful staff really love our stay here we as guests here can have access to city fitness which is awesome being there is no on site gym. There is no spa here but we go to H20 extreme great for kids as it has wave pools and slides in upper hutt. I highly reccommend the Quest Thorndon for a place to stay so central to the city quest Thorndon carpark is a little on the expensive side per night but you have access to Wilson car parking.

G.Good business hotel, with friendly helpful staff. Only catch is that there's very few options for eating out nearby. My room had excellent facilities for reheating food from the well stocked local supermarket, so all was not lost.
A.The staff are very helpful and we're able to accommodate all my requests. There's access for guests to the City Fitness gym right around the corner. The gym is very large and has the most cardio machines I've ever seen.
C.Great value for money, we would give 10 stars if we could. The apartment was more than we expected, spotless, comfy beds, complimentary movies on the tv, good cooking facilities and good coffee!!! Wish we would've stayed for more than one night.

C.Lovely serviced apartment units with modern, high quality finish. Huge room, kitchenette, dining area and couch with Windows overlooking the city. Be aware there are only 5 or 6 parking spots dedicated to the property, otherwise it's street parking. There is dining and shopping in the area but it's a 25-30 minute walk to get to the main Central downtown area. Very convenient to the Blue Bridge ferry terminal.
A.Super convenient to the CBD, shops, and cafes. We received a very warm welcome from the receptionist and great help and advice. We had a great room overlooking the local Maree. Spotlessly clean. Will return.
g.Great location. Friendly reception lady. Room was a great price and spotless. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and also had a washing machine and dryer. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and milk provided. Would definetly stay again.
t.Amazing stay for me.. front dest team leader -Prathamesh- was awesome very accommodating, rung me as I was on interislander vaka(boat), 11pm at night. I was so tired, he made me feel comfortable, told me my room was ready for me, made me feel 100%.. stayed 2 days...best stay out of all the motels hotels I've been in so far..rooms are mint, should be 5stars. And price was beautiful.. I'm definitely coming back... best hotel, and service out there

j.Well appointed clean unit, laundry in bathroom, great shower. Bed a zip together of two singles, very uncomfortable. Quiet area, cafe directly opposite. Close to city.

s.Disapponted that there was only 1 swipe card for 3 people .My husband had to sit in the dark while 2 of us went out as the swipe card also controls the lights in the room and the lifts . Kitchen tap was loose and wobbbly . No tissues or shampoos etc in bathrook like other Quest place we have stayed at .

H.(Translated) Top for the price. The only drawback: on our room there was only a small window which can only be tilted. So it was really hard to get some oxygen, especially after cooking, into the apartment. Otherwise, but very modern, great bed, nice bathroom and good Wi-Fi.

Top für den Preis. Einziger Mangel: auf unserem zimmer gab es nur ein kleines Fenster welches nur gekippt werden kann. War daher echt schwer mal richtig Sauerstoff, vor allem nach dem Kochen, in die Wohnung zu kriegen. Sonst aber top modern, geniales Bett, schönes Bad und gutes Wlan.
