The rooms were a bit dated but the beds were comfortable and everything was clean in the room. The price was great 140 for 3 adults which included a continental or cooked breakfast which there was plenty of. The price was better than another flash hotel where one of us slept on the couch which was not mentioned in the price. Who cares about the view. The fridge was working there were plenty of supplies and everything was there which we needed. The staff were friendly.
Well done at such s reasonable price including breakfast.

Adequate for our needs. Included breakfast buffet was nice. Facilities were good although beds weren't the most comfortable.
A.
Is an old building but rooms are clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast was spot on. Good selection and very well cooked. Yum.
J.
Nice and cozy. I had a comfortable time here. All customer services are friendly and polite~
J.
Room wasn't great, - no air conditioning, had to open exterior window for fresh air. Woke up to very annoying sound (probably extraction fan when kitchen opened). Great breakfast included.
M.
No hair dryer in room. Windows rattled all night due to high winds. Breakfast was delicious and staff attentive.
E.
The price is probably fair for what you get considering breakfast is included. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially the nice man who checked us in and was at breakfast most days. Unfortunately the bed wasn't very comfortable as we booked a queen and instead were given two singles pushed together (this led to lots of trying to not fall into the gap in between). The rooms are dated and not that well kept. There is a huge gap between the blinds and the windows meaning lots of light comes in in the morning, making it hard to sleep in. They don't use duvet covers, rather a sheet above and below the duvet (a time saving technique when making the beds), which means Their duvets get quite dirty. The breakfast is decent though and the lobby is kept nice. Location is good, a 15 min walk from most things in the city so overall, reasonable for the price.
a.
Nice and close to town.
Enjoyed the open buffet breakfast.
Single bed wasn't too comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay. The room itself was a bit dated, however it was clean and the bed had lots of pillows and was really comfy. I was super pleased with the response from the front desk man on duty. Some teenagers were blasting music late into the night and screaming in one of the rooms and after nearly 2 hours of trying to ignore it and sleep I gave up and rung reception. The man was up the elevator within a minute and shut it down. The buffet breakfast was also surprisingly really yum. Lots of choices and vegetarian options

I booked this hotel last minute and paid around $140 for a single room. The lady at reception was super friendly, and that along with the comfortable bed are the only two positives about the place. The Room was tiny!!! Even for a single room!! Bed was great, but the room was tired and dirty. Massive stains down the curtain, had to rinse and wash a mug before use. Couldn't pick up any WiFi in my room. Very noisy, with people trampling up and down the corridor all night. The curtain hardly blocked out any light, and light was flooding through the door. Made for a fairly restless sleep. Gent at the desk when i checked out wasn't very friendly.
The hotel is a bit of a walk from town, not far, but a decent walk.

Spent 3 nights here for $120/night. Room was small and outdated, but had everything that you would expect (mini fridge, TV, kettle, toiletries, etc). However, the cleanliness wasn’t great, which is why I’m leaving 3 stars. Staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet is good (not great, but good). Overall, happy with my stay here but not super impressed.

While the location is nice and the rooms suffice, and an okay breakfast is even included, personally I would rather spend my money on slightly nicer accommodation, or not bother at all and cheap out at a backpackers instead. Best feature: very well heated rooms.
Firstly, the showerhead was broken, and with already low water pressure and poor temperature control this made for unpleasant showering. As a side note, I also think it's worth warning others that the two-person room only had four plugs that we could find including the bathroom - none of which were near the bed for those that like to charge their phone etc next to them - so it may be worthwhile to bring or buy a multi board, and oddly only one teaspoon (but two mugs and glasses at least!) and one set of hotel soaps were provided despite two people staying there.
Secondly, housekeeping broke one of our belongings and just left it lying there with no explanation, apology or apparent care - though the hotel manager kindly refunded the cost of the broken item. This aside, I was not impressed with the service as some requests and notes (and payments) agreed to prior to our stay were forgotten leading to some awkward and frustrating additional payments (asked to pay twice for the same thing), and furthermore after many hours of travel (we were exhausted) and being unable to access our prepaid room (even after sign in time) a rather unfunny joke was made about maybe being in the wrong place/booking.
Other reviews mentioning dirty windows and poorly carpeted hallways are definitely accurate, however I found those to be minor problems, though the lobby was pretty extravagant by comparison.
S.
We had 2 rooms booked for 5, it was clean, tidy and comfy. The staff was friendly n helpful. The only problem is if you have a car becoz the hotel do not have enough parking for all customers (20-25 parking), also they have mentioned parking charges on their site.
S.
This must have been a very upmarket hotel in its day. It is very tired. It also must have had an upgrade in the last while but that was done badly. It could still be 4 stars if they gave the place a damned good clean. The day to day cleaning is good but it hasn't had a deep clean for 5-10 years.
Fantastic breakfast was included in the room rate. All the staff were really good too.
V.
Booked 2 nights for about $260 and $40 parking. Good central location, good breakfast buffet which was included in the room charge, service was good but rooms are old and need refurbish. Couldn't open the windows. If wasn't for below par rooms, it would have been 5 stars.
C.
It's a bit tired and grubby. The bed was really uncomfortable, one plastic chair in room. On the plus side, loads of hot water, decent heater and good breakfast. They take a copy of your passport or driver's licence on checkin which they keep. I wasnt comfortable with their explanation why nor where, for how long and how they might destroy that personal information.
C.
Lovely stay at Wellington Willis. Even the 3 week old baby had a solid nights sleep! Comfortable good sized rooms. With everything you need available. Friendly helpful staff sorted out the tv for us no trouble at all. Comfortable beds and soft pillows. Highly recommend this place especially to families. We had a great stay.
A.
This place is really nice. Staff are super friendly and the view was sick like can see over everyone. Prices are really good too. The rooms were so nice and clean and smelt freshly clean. The staff member at front desk so kind and caring and supportive. If I had questions they would anwser them to the best of their knowledge. Overall experience was a 10,, will stay back here when I come back to wellington 😁
Y.
Great hotel, very clean and tidy. Our room was spacious, and we also had a kitchenette.
The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very helpful.
Location was perfect too - on a quiet street, but walking distance to Cuba street.
We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Wellington.
B.
Nice central location. Buffet breakfast was nice. Bed was uncomfortable though it was hard and 2 single beds pushed together with a sheet over both to hold them in place. Friendly staff.
B.
Good budget hotel that is close to Cuba street and Aro valley cafés. Rooms pretty dated but adequate. Would suggest a double glaze window upgrade to diminish street noise.
D.
Quite disappointed with the room but I guess you get what you pay for. Very small and lacking basic facilities. No bench space to make a coffee/ tea, put your toiletries and nowhere to put bags etc. Shower pressure is pathetic and no ventilation. Decor is very average and carpets need straightening before someone has an accident. On a happy note the staff are great and the location is pretty good. Breakfast was beautiful.
S.
So much better than my last visit a couple of years ago. Breakfast was included and was a continental, and cooked buffet. Nice
G.
Good accomodation at a great price. A good size room, comfortable bed and breakfast included. Easy walk to CBD and Cuba street. Stayed for New Years eve, would be happy to stay again .
M.
Lovely clean hotel. Enjoyed our stay.
B.
Great Hotel, staff were friendly and very helpful. Only stayed one night, but would definitely stay there again. Great breakfast buffet too.
L.
Great price and breakfast included so perfect for a cheap getaway. Dated room but clean and a comfortable bed!
C.
Not ideal for a too long a stay. Only an electric jug small fridge + we had 3 mugs & 1 teaspoon for 3 adults! No cooking facilities. The shower head was crooked & you had to hold it while showering it was pointing out towards the shower curtain splashing water onto the bathroom floor! We had a city view but the double glazed window was so badly condensated that you couldn't see anything! Parking was costly if you wanted to park within the hotel premises $18 per night! Very dated could do with a freshen up, however comfy beds!
G.
Amazing customer service by Aniket.. Would love to come again.
S.
Facilities need to be updated, bed was comfortable but room was very cold as heating for room was not sufficient. Wifi very slow and basically unusable. Limited water pressure in shower. Staff very friendly and helpful. Annoyed that parking had to be paid for? Have never paid for parking at other hotels? Thus with the extra paid for parking not good value for money. No restaurant or bar.
S.
Friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaurant. Lots of space in the room. Awesome view. Will be staying here again in the future.
G.
Bit dated but fine for us to spend a night in wellington at a reasonable price and good breakfast. Comfy bed. Basic but good.
C.
Overall a nice stay. You can tell the buildings a bit old by the paint and bathtubs but overall the rooms are clean and big. Comfortable beds and good staff. Only complaint would be the breakfast food isnt very good, sausages are weird tasting and all 3 days we stayed something was overcooked.
S.
I've stayed at the Willis once, the room was clean and tidy. It is a soild average (in a good way) hotel, not too fancy or expensive, but not too budget.
I had a second booking which I had to cancel, 3 days prior they have offered me a full refund with no hassle. I would rate their customer service 5 star.
Only cuation would be that if you are a light sleeper, ask not be be in a room #01 as they are right next to the elevator shaft which makes a hum each time it is used overnight, but it wasn't too bad.
J.
No frills hotel. Excellent value for money breakfast included in some room rates. Start at $90.00 with breakfast (on deal sites), go to $125.00 approx.
C.
The hotel facilities, and staff were very nice. All staff members were incredibly helpful, and I highly appreciate them and applaud them. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities sufficient. The main reason for giving three stars is that the road noise, being located next to a large roadway, and the noise coming from the hallway were quite audible. I am not very noise sensitive, but it was quite jarring hearing the Chinese couple down the hall fight as if they were standing just inside of my room. I would have expected a little more sound proofing in the rooms. Expect any conversation you have in more than a wispier to be audible to at least the closest 4 rooms or so. Once things quieted down, it was quite nice. Also the shower design was quite odd, in that it did not keep the shower water from splashing all over the bathroom.
E.
I have been living at the Willis Hotel for the past 2 months. My experience has been very good. They have good service. Neat and clean rooms. Friendly staff always willing to assist.
B.
Booked a twin room here (mid week) for $83 which included complimentary breakfast. The room was clean, the shower was good and the beds provided a good quality sleep.
M.
I've had a extensive stay with excellent customer service and meals and breakfast are great and convenient very comfortable rooms with all the extra amenities and facilities available in the hotel house keeping warm and welcoming
K.
A very decent accomodation with reasonable room tariff. The property is relatively old but maintenance is good. We use their meeting rooms regularly. The rooms are decent size and well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is a challenge, you need to book in advance. Also getting a taxi is a challenge, you have to plan in advance.
C.
An older hotel that has been redecorated reasonably recently.
My room was small but nicely laid out in a modern, minimalist business traveller configuration. No cupboards, but more than enough hangers and coat-racks for a short stay.
The bathroom was clean and well maintained and everything worked well
I walked and caught buses during my stay and so can’t comment on the car-parking.
The restaurant was a very pleasant surprise. I only ate there in the evening once as I wanted to try other places around town, but I was sorely tempted.
The fish dish was fantastic. An extremely well designed combination of interestingly compatible flavours.
The breakfasts were very nice but nothing I can rave about as out of the ordinary. I ate them happily, thoroughly enjoyed them and would again.
Overall I’d happily stay there again and would try and fit in eating there on a future trip to Wellington even if I weren’t staying in the hotel.
S.
Its rooms are clean and tidy although sparsely furnished, but it is strategically located near Cuba Street with plenty of good place for meals and activities. Room rate is good value for the aged rooms. You just have to remember its a 3 star hotel, and not criticize like it is a five star hotel.
A.
Stayed one night, very reasonably priced. You get what you pay for, very basic room, but was quiet large and it was clean. No complaints. If you are just looking for a bed to sleep in this is a good option. Has a small amount of free parking on site.
M.
This hotel is great value for money at around $100 a night including a standard buffet breakfast, and is in a good location only a 5 minute walk to the amazing Cuba street. The staff were great and the rooms clean, but the rooms themselves were quite old. The blinds didn't sit close to the windows so let a lot of light in, the shower over bath also didn't have a fan to extract the moisture.
B.
Having just spent 3 nights here the room was clean and reasonable for the price. The room was very basic and minimalist and Unfortunately a simple request for a chair in the room was met with a refusal. Also a plug in the room was dangerously exposed hanging from the wall so was unable to use the heater.
L.
Super nice hotel. Breakfast is good, the staff cooked the eggs fresh. Stayed a night here last June 2018. Small convenience store right across the street. Walking distance from the best steakhouse in Wellington.
Con: Bathroom is of an old design. It has no exhaust fan.
D.
Decent hotel. Chill and friendly staff. Reasonable price. Good wifi in the rooms. However, the rooms are lacking fly-wire on the windows, fans or air conditioning and there are no power points near the bed (at least in the room I was in). The breakfast ok, but not great for the price. With a little work this place could be 5 star.
1.
Although the per night price wasn't too bad, and the complimentary breakfasts passably tasty, overall the hotel felt ”tired” and in need of a spruce up. The plethora of scuff and scrape marks on walls, both in my bedroom and in the corridors was noticeable and gave the impression that they didn't care about appearances. My room was tidy and compact, but again felt like it needed a tickle up and coat of paint / a good clean in the less obvious places. Staff were generally helpful, but the trouble I had with my TV in my room, which was a system fault, seemed to stretch their patience, which I felt was unwarranted. It's a good, brisk 10 minute walk to the more central part of Wellington, but when one is on a budget, one accepts such things. I didn't find the atmosphere to be warm and friendly, nor cold and aloof - rather somewhere in between. I noted a big mix of patrons, from those very much on the ”shoestring budget” all the way up to snobby ”rich people”. May stay again, but certainly not my first choice.
T.
We stayed for two night at the end of this?month. The hotel's location is very convenient as you can walk almost anywhere. The hotel is in a great neighborhood. The traffic connections are very good. The rooms are kept very clean. The best feature is the convenience. Duty free products were also available to buy.
V.
Great location. You can walk everywhere to the center from there. Rooms are pretty tidy and spacious. Parking has to be paid separately, $18 a day. Whenever your Google maps tells you you're there, keep turning right and you'll find the parking entry. I made the mistake drive past it.
Overall great experience. Would stay here again.
K.
Maybe it comes down to rooms, but unlike other reviewers I found the single bed hard and the shower great. My biggest concern though was the lack of communication about parking. Surprisingly there are only a handful of spaces and you have to book one, otherwise you end up driving around looking for a park on the street and having to move it before 8am.
D.
Warm, clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast was good. Staff helpful and friendly. The sheets and towels were good quality. Great location.
W.
Disappointing for the price as beds only just fit s person in the twin. Has sower over s bath. Long way to walk to anything. Is a dairy across the road. Other stores and dining outlets s good 15 minute walk and same for airport bus ($12). Caught taxi from Rail station was about $20. Buffet breakfast was the best here. Entry by steps. Stripe card to enter your room takes s few tries to work. View was street okay.
A.
Room nice and clean, good location. Poor service. Hallway stunk of Old Spice. Didn't mention online only limited car spaces and need to reserve. At checkout asked if required car space said yes. Only to find out it wasn't on the booking nor were there any available.
G.
Protracted process checking in. Got room without t facilities I asked for, but t manager fixed this promptly. Got served a glass of bubbles in ordinary red wine glass. Barman didn't know if he had t correct glass to serve bubbles or not. Found item under t bed in t room not belonging to me... I wonder when it was last vaccuumed? Best part of t stay was t promptness of t manager to fix issues at check in and t beautifully cooked breakfast.
S.
Great budget place to stay. Centrally located with friendly welcoming staff but bit too bureaucratic. Need to understand that a tired traveler would prefer a quick check in and busy ones would need to check out fast. None are but stay is great. No complaints.
P.
Waited over 10 minutes in reception for someone at checkin. Blinds let in too much light. Shower over bath with no anti slip mat. Good bed and OK breakfast selection.

One of the old hotels in the city. Conveniently located and can be easily spotted on the roadside from a moving vehicle in normal traffic. Easily accessible.
Well maintained. Staff is operating around the clock and available all the time at the reception.
Cozy ambiance and comfortable atmosphere. There is big waiting area near reception with spacious and comfortable seating. Beautiful interior.
Welcoming and helpful staff. Service is amiable.
Clean and hygienic hotel rooms, are very well maintained and serviced daily. Air conditioning is not available in the rooms although one can spot heaters as well as fans in the lobby and outside the rooms. Room heaters are available on request.
Card as well as cash payments are accepted. A surcharge of 1.5% applies on all the payments made using credit cards.
Paywave facility is not available at this location.
Entrance is not wheelchair accessible. There is stairway at the entrance to the hotel and assistance is provided on request.
Spacious parking area with ample parking space.
Wheelchair parking is available.

Nice big green building located at the corner of Webb. and Willis Street.
Friendly staff.
Well maintained rooms although relatively small.
Kitchen facility is unavailable in most of the rooms. Free WiFi available.
Nice view of different parts of the city.
g.
It was a basic room with just basic facilities. Not much luxury options were available including not many channels on TV. There was a problem with the hot water as it was hardly coming out of the shower and taps as the pressure was too low. Overall it was just a normal room to stay according to the budget.
W.
Clean rooms, friendly staff, reasonably priced and centrally placed. Perfect for an overnight stay in Wellington. Cooked breakfast was great.
J.
Good place to stay, room was nice, clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and inviting. Good location as we could walk around.
R.
Great location, great staff and service.
The food was very well done for what the dinning has to offer.
Chef Michael was a friendly guy who has a passion for food and his kitchen. You can see he will go along way in his career. I wish him well.
I'd highly recommend Willis Wellington hotel.
Happy, friendly place.
s.
We stayed 2 times here (2017 and 2019) and it is a very reasonable priced and comfortable hotel with even parking space if you need it, the rooms are clean and the location central for if you want to visit the city by foot or travel the area by car. Helpful people!
P.
Fridge didn't work, but was promptly replaced so no problem. Room keycard kept being locked out each day which was inconvenient. Water pressure on the 6th floor is not great. Overall a reasonable place to sleep for a few days.
B.
Service was good, room was as expected. They found a fan for us after we asked them if there were any (during a fan shortage). Only downside was a small drain in the washroom floor that had a bad odour.
M.
Enjoyed my stay here. They have free unlimited wi-fi, clean room, friendly staff, and free baggage storage. The only thing I didn't like was when some staff just opened the room without knocking first.
A.
Love the multiple channels on tv. Decent, basic breakfast - not really worth the $25 price tag. Superslow lift. Over expensive limited parking for larger vehicles
J.
Nice enough hotel. Missed the last train and needed a place to crash. Willis fit the bill. Ok location and a good price. Clean. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Not flash, but adequate.
G.
Stayed twice in 10 days. First time was a good room but Street noise was unbearable. Second time noise ok but room very average. You certainly get what you pay for but very handy location however parking extremely limited. Clean and tidy.
F.
Its a very convinient location. Parking seems bit difficult though. But i guess tgats true for all hotels in wellington cbd. Breakfast is a big buffet. All in all its bit an older style but you get what you pay so if you are not after luxus you will like this basic hotel as we did.
T.
I did not notice when I booked that there was no A.C.! And it was hot. Clean enough but showing signs of age. Front desk were very nice at both check in and departure.
C.
Enjoyed staying here. Room very tidy and had everything I needed. Could have done with a fan or something for when it is hot. Parking is very tight. Limited parking spaces, can be very tricky to get into and out of.
N.
Quite friendly staff, I'm staying at the Willis Wellington hotel at the moment and so far my stay has been adverage. Handy dairy across the road, but any other shopping is a bit of a walk away.
Room is cleanish but windows are dirty and have a second glass screen which means that only two windows open and it is extremely hot (no air conditioning, heater works though) our room was supposed to be a standard king, but I'm about 99% sure its two singles pushed together.
Tv is lacking in channels and quality (our TV is currently broken, asked reception about it 2 hours ago but nothing has been done about it yet, still holding out hope they will) but internet quality is great its pretty fast.
Over all its a reasonable hotel. Definitely not the best but for the price its decent.
C.
It's pretty basic place to stay but very comfy beds and very clean great breakfast and honest service and quick check in not much parking though and u need to pee book a space cost parking 20bucks
K.
Not the newest or flashest hotel, but clean, welcoming and friendly. Was out early, so missed breakfast, but the bar meal I had one evening was good value and huge! Ten minute walk to the CBD.
L.
Staff were super helpful and location meant I could walk to town. Like the later check out time of eleven and so appreciated being able to check in early to my room on arrival, rather than just store my luggage as prearranged.
R.
Great location, has car parking, small rooms, friendly staff. Had great stay, loved all the Cuba street amenities
S.
Good hotel and rooms. We drove our own car so getting to places was not too difficult. Bathroom had tub and was spacious.
D.
The WiFi Here is top notch the rooms are a bit dated but if you want better pay more. The staff are helpful it's clean and its in a great location. And the good free wi-fi is a huge plus.
T.
Friendly staff. Hotel is shabby but extremely clean except the windows that desperately need to be cleaned! Great value. Very close to Cuba St. I would stay here again.
T.
Close to town. Within walking distance of everything. Cheap uber ride. Friendly check in staff. Think most wellington hotels kind of look crappy and are also over priced in comparison to the rest of the country. But in comparison to a few other welly hotels I've stayed in the Willis is quite decent. The FREE WIFI actually works though, has no password and is unlimited.
J.
Clean, tidy, great amenities and location but in desperate need of Air conditioning! Too noisy with the window open and too hot without.. would stay again, but in winter!
J.
Beautifully fresh and clean. Comfortable firm bed. Good desk. Good luggage shelf and hanging system for clothes. Basic bathroom.
S.
It's a cheap stay. Even staff are helpful
T.
Clean, large room.. however poorly insulated windows cannot really cope with Wellington wind, which made sleep difficult in spite of decent bed. Not enough powerpoints.
C.
Big rooms and comfortable hotel. Its a little further away form the center - 15 minute walk, but thats the main downside. Didn't try the food options, but friendly staff and a quiet hotel.
A.
Small, minimalist room at a great price. Clean and comfortable. Exactly what I wanted for an overnight stay before an early morning flight.
T.
Rooms are big and clean. Water pressure in shower not the best, also being in city centre was quite noisy, but is to be expected.
P.
Excellent cooked breakfast. Room small but adequate. Friendly and helpful staff.
S.
Amazing place! The rooms are a good size and the price is fair too. But the customer service is awesome!! You guys rock!!
M.
Nice place. Great value for money. Bit noisy on the weekend if the boy racers are doing laps so if you are a light sleeper, or that will upset you, look further out of the city
R.
The location was perfect. I can walk everywhere in Wellington city central , specially cuba street.
The room was clean and tidy , and all of staffs was very kind :-)
T.
Very nice and hospitable place. I stayed for a month and it was a very comfortable and wonderful stay. Very nice and friendly staff. I want to thank Saloni Nagpal, Harry, Caesar for their help all the time.
C.
Just a stop over, was nice and comfortable. Friendly helpful staff.
M.
Good rooms great breakfast friendly staff and thank you for upgraded us to king size bed! Awesome!😀
P.
Hospitality of the person who helped us out with check in could have been much better. Room was good though
M.
Rooms were small but comfortable for the price. Staff were lovely and really helpful as well which is a big plus
N.
Nice room for a good price. Dirty windows but otherwise really good and lovely service. Enjoyed our stay 😁
M.
Friendly staff. Not too far from the centre of the CBD. 10 minutes from Cuba street for some great food! Internal rooms not that great though! I would try to get rooms facing Willis street
B.
Pretty good stay. No issues. Nice view from 5th floor and even a lil earthquake to shake things up a little.
M.
Good hotel, does the job and the staff are lovely. The $50 bond is a bit weird when you've already paid for the room though
C.
Very clean , friendly staff, daily room service, affordable... only downfall they need black out curtains!!!
S.
Really nice stay. The reception staff were really helpful. Great value for money. Would definitely stay there again
L.
Small room with no view. Terrible parking. Delicious breakfast
K.
Second stay. Very clean and tidy. Welcome is always very good and will stay again.
P.
Nice hotel. Staff are helpful. Moved me into a new room when my shower broke. Prime location.
L.
Room rudimentary but clesn. The Buffet Breakfast was nice
C.
A straight walk through to the city. The breakfast was great while watching the news. Always happy to stay there for business.
E.
Good price, friendly staff and great location between Aro Valley and the city. 5min walk to Cuba St and even closer to Garage Project
R.
Good location. Clean and spacious. Excellent staff
Z.
Fairly nice room, friendly staff and right in the CBD area. I would definitely stay there again.
C.
This place was really great! Would stay here again. The staff were great. The free Wi-Fi was spot on. Highly recommended a stay here.
A.
It is what it is.
A very cheap hotel.
The rooms are OK. But a bit shabby.
Good area of town.
S.
Needs tidy up but good breakfast
M.
Staff are good and helpful, and the pla e is clean, but very dated and everything looks to be a chargeable extra. Needs a good renovation!
J.
Great value. Friendly staff. Good location. Rooms modern and clean. Would stay again
A.
Great location, comfy beds and staff were very helpful -rooms need updating and more attention to detail cleaning
H.
Hotel is good and price of room are not expensive !! It’s not far from the city !! Rooms are little small but it’s not abig problem to stay !!
We had a nice stay there !!
J.
Be sure to book parking. Didnt know and staff werent informed enough. You can park around the corner in Thompson street from 4pm til 10am or buy coupons for parking. Just dont park in 'residents' parks. Wasted afternoon finding this out
a.
It OK but not the best
M.
Nice'n clean room. Good view from 3rd floor. Just needs soap tray at shower.
R.
Fantastic budget hotel. Simple and very clean. Very handy to the inner city.
K.
Close to the city so walking distance to everything.. clean big room yummy food which we got via room service..
H.
Right in the city but also not. Easy to get to if you’re driving. Friendly staff
P.
Nice hotel, room was nice,I would definitely stay there again!and nice buffet breakfast!!
B.
Its a cheap hotel close to the center of wellington. It doesnt set out to be some five star resort, just does what it is really. Nice enough place
m.
Nice comfy bed, full breakfast in the morning made it an enjoyable stay.
L.
Hard beds and sheets that electrocuted you when you rolled over. But good rooms and a good location. Just the bed
S.
Good place to stay overnight or a couple nights, extremely tight and limited parking, which you'll pay a handful for, and no room for expansion unfortunately
J.
Friendly staff, tidy room. Bath plug was missing from the room. Hallway carpet quite bumpy
M.
No issues with service or the room but the water pressure in the shower could be better.
S.
Nice enough rooms, very tidy and clean but the whole building apparently isn't earthquake code compliant which is a worry.
K.
Well run clean operation. Close to CBD with good breakfast menu. Well priced.
S.
Not super flash and a little while from town. Service was OK and although the room wasn't fancy it did feel clean.
R.
Nothing flash here but a clean and comfortable bed for the nights we were there. Rates reasonable.
T.
It was good. Perfect place to sleep after travelling for 36 hours!
B.
Clean and tidy with good facilities. Walls are a little thin but not too bad.
S.
