F.Hosts were friendly and helpful. Room was nice with good facilities. Air conditioning and kitchen to use and cook in. Shower pressure was great too! Would stay again
C.Good sized room, comfortable and clean beds, lots of sky channels which was a plus.
Nothing to complain about really, easy to check in and out.
N.Very run down now and dated. Stains on the bedding, dirty stained couch, ominous looking stains on the carpet, dirty cupboards uncomfortable pillows. However the white sheets were pristine and there was a modern heat pump installed. A little update, despite all of the above, I had a great nights sleep and there was no noise.
K.You get what you pay for. Good value for money for those that needed to spend a rest from long drive.
W.Very clean. It's quite old style but well presented. The office person was very business like. There was no warmth or made to feel welcome. We have stayed here before with the previous owners. They were so nice and welcoming.

C.A great little Motel with a cute cat to boot. The rooms were clean and modern-ish. Some cosmetic work could be done but that's a small issue. The staff are really friendly and most importantly the WIFI is good and unlimited! You don't get a lot of road noise and the beds are comfortable so you're in for a good sleep. I would definitely stay there again.

K.We stayed here for 2 nights in a family room.
The first night our rooms were interconnecting which was great.
The morning of day 2 we were informed that we had to move to 2 different rooms for our last night stay because they had sold the room twice and had to accommodate a family with children.
We totally understood, and they moved us to a the next two rooms that weren't interconnecting.
Our rooms were next to the old rooms we were in that had the children in it and we all had difficulty sleeping due children crying all through the night.
We had an 8 hour drive the next day and had to leave at 0500 in the morning after attending a funeral.
The staff were nice, our room had no condiments.
They were apologetic and they gave us a bottle of milk.
A.Very welcoming owners, friendly people and helpful when needing extra towels. Room was tidy and clean. Only issue was the room had an adjoining room(family room set up) and it did not have a lock on the doors for security and this was hired out to other guests. Would be good if they could rectify this.

R.Clean and tidy my partner and I enjoyed our stay for the night. The owner was very helpful we asked for milk he was very accommodating. Everything was accessible, its my first time being at a Motel...we really enjoyed our stay. The next time we are in Whangarei we are thinking of coming again
g.Pretty basic rooms but clean and OK value for money. Have stayed here a few times, not my number one choice in town but an OK place to stay the night on business!

K.I've stayed here twice with my kids and it was great, Nice tidy and clean. Towels and toiletries provided, The kitchen is well equipped you pretty much have everything you need just bring your clothes and food.. Bus stop is pretty much at the end of the driveway, kamo township is less then 5min drive, whangarei town basin isn't too far either. Whangarei falls is about a 10-15min drive depending on traffic, there's plenty of great places to see whilst staying at this place.
J.Nice roadside motel with the usual amenities. The staff are super friendly and helpful. There is a small garden where the kids can play. Laundry facilities is free!!
