Amazing place. Nice & quiet. Very clean. My partner works in a hotel and she was very impressed with the appearance and how clean & tidy everything was. The setting in the room was great and has everything you need for a stay. Would definitely go there again next time.

Wow beautiful rooms! We came and booked 2 rooms both of which were comfortable and inviting. As a family who loves to holiday around Northland, we have stayed in a wide range of places and I have to say this place wins the "Comfortable Bed' and 'Service ' categories hands down. We would highly recommend this motel. We will definitely be back again to One Tree Point Motel. Thank you for providing home away from home with luxury.

My partner and I decided last minute to stay here after the new year and im glad we did. Everything was so nice and clean and the bed was so comfy!! Definitely be visiting again.

Lovely accommodation to stay at and friendly staff. The room I stayed in was clean and well stocked with the appropriate amenities.

A prevous person had commented "very comfortable bed", this is what attracted me to try this motel, they were not wrong, best bed I've slept in any motel/hotel and I travel alot for work, unit was very clean an tidy, I will be back the next time I'm in the area 😁

Lovley, Clean and pleasant staff. Air conditioning was great and quiet for the nighttime. Nice Spa Bath for those full-on long days. Highly recommend.

Well-appointed rooms, with superb levels of cleanliness and super-comfy beds! Kate and the team are really friendly and helpful, and will do everything they can to make your stay perfect.

We stayed here two nights with our daughter who is in a wheel chair. the staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming. Every assistance was given. Only 3 minutes walk to a beach with great swimming at high tide. Beautiful place to take children. I saw guinea pigs and a trampoline on the lawn and wished for some younger children to enjoy it. Highly recommended.

So far, very well looked after. Rooms are impeccable, service is great. Very clean. Owner and receptionist can't be any more helpful. Stayed 3 nights so far, another 3 weeks or so to go. Highly recommend staying here

Lovely lovely place. Brilliant hosts. Nice rooms. Only issue I had was despite having a saving water policy they'd take my dirty towel every day and the hot water system was terrible you'd keep getting hot and cold blasts as other people had their showers. Edit: Thanks for the response

I fell asleep in 5 minutes in bed & woke up several hours later & didn't even relise I had been asleep & completely rested! Goldilock beds - perfect!! * * * * *

Friendly service on arrival. Unit was clean & tidy. Peaceful location and so close to the beach. Would recommend this motel to any one looking to visit the area - close to Whangarei but without the noise of traffic.

We stayed here for one night, with our toddler and preschooler, arrived at 9am and was given a room although check in is at 2pm. Janet the Duty Manager was very helpful and thoughtful. She checked us in, bought over a jug of milk to our room and a map of the area with all the info for visitor things to do. We booked a one bedroom unit, there's two single beds in the bedroom and a queen in the living area. The bedroom is connected to a little outdoor area with a wooden table and seats. There's a spa in the bathroom, which I used after a long day doing visitor stuff with the kids. The kitchen area is small but has an electric cook top with all cooking facilities, pots, pans, utensils everything you need to cook and serve a meal. The was impressed with how clean the unit is. We paid $220 a night, was worth for an early check in and lovely service. Marsden is a small town so we were happy things to do were close by. New Zealand's oil refinery is a must do if you in the area.

Great owners very helpful, nice units with spa Bath. Would recommend stocking up on supplies as not too many shops around the area.

Love the One Tree Point Motel. I have only stayed once but the service is excellent and the facilities are superb. Would highly recommend!

Very nice motel to stay in, bad luck for me and my family that we could not book a unit upstairs and one tree point is a good place to come for holiday.
