Nothing but praises for Kate and her team! They are so good, extremely thorough and very friendly! We availed the end of tenancy and the moving in clean and so happy we did. Made our lives easier! I just found them here on google after reading heaps of great reviews of them and true enough, they lived up to everything amazing said about them if not more!

Very professional job! We had a end of lease cleaning service from Bond Cleaning. All sraff are hard working people, the result comes up really surprisingly,, all surfaces in the house were being cleaned including walls, windows, shower boxes, door frames etc. Kate the owner is a very nice lady, and no hidden costs from her. Well done! I will keep using their services in the future.

Really happy with the job Kate and her team did on our house. They were very thorough and the house looked amazing when they finished. They even managed to get the mold off the roof that my husband hadn't been able to move. I thought initially this company was more expensive but a lot of other companies prices are for a basic clean and you end up paying a lot more by the time you add windows, walls and other bits on. Overall very good value for money and an excellent clean.

Wow, where do I start? From start to finish, it was clear that Bond Cleaning NZ always puts the customer first. It started with me reaching out to Kate for a quote. I had many questions about the cleaning process as I was moving into a new place with my wife and baby (my wife is very very picky when it comes to cleaning - especially with a baby). Kate's responses were always professional, timely, and also very accommodative to what we were looking for. Very honest answers and expectations clearly laid out from both sides which I appreciated. The day of the clean @ 7am, the team of 5 (led by Kate's husband), came promptly at our door step ready to go. I received a courtesy message from Kate around 6am letting me know they were coming my way, and also got a call from Kate's husband shortly after telling me their ETA, in which they arrived exactly as per our agreed time. Kate's husband and I did a walkthrough of the entire house and shared expectations on what needed to be done, etc. There were zero surprises from either sides. After the short tour, Kate's husband rallied the team and away they went for almost 6 hours cleaning our house from top to bottom. I've attached a few pictures of what they accomplished (btw, the pictures don't do it justice). You can literally see reflections from all the sinks, countertops, oven, etc. My wife actually came by in the middle of the clean as she wanted to see (aka "spy on") the progress (I was actually nervous myself because as I mentioned above, she is a very picky person). She ended up saying "wow, this is a very good clean"....BINGO! +10 points for me for picking Bond Cleaning NZ :) All in all, pricing was very competitive, the effort from the team was great, and the overall results were outstanding from our point of view. One last point I wanted to note is how I appreciate Kate's husband going into the trenches with his workers; as usually you would see the manager tell their team to do the work and they would come back later to check in on the progress. As a business leader myself, it makes a big difference when you lead by example and your team follows you because they respect you for it. It's clear that his team does exactly that and they have strong relationships with one another. It's not easy cleaning houses for a living - and yet - they all had fun doing it. There was laughter, some good banter, and all while cleaning our house. I highly respect Kate & her husband's character, and would refer them to anyone who needs a deep clean. These are just intangibles that you just can't "buy" with money. Thanks again Kate, Leon, & the team! I look forward to next week's "moving out" clean which we've already scheduled with you :)

I've looked around the bond cleaning services and compare prices. Kate's has been the most reasonable including major cleaning list that a fully furnished property will require to be cleaned. Kate and her team have amazed me the results of the cleaning. My entire apartment looks brand new. Some of the greasy hard-to-clean items have turned out looking new and sparkle!! The team is friendly and professional. They know exactly what they need to do and also take into consideration any specific notes. Kate is consistently responsive to emails and texts promptly. 10/10 would recommend.

I found Bond Cleaning from Google and chose them after reading all the reviews. I checked their website and read something about "100% bond back guarantee" I do not trust people easily but I hired them anyway. They started cleaning my old place at 1 pm. It was a 2 bedroom house and fairly small. They cleaned the place until 5:30 pm. I was impressed a bit how much effort they put on the job with no extra charge, (other than $30 for cleaning mold on the wall that she mentioned before cleaning) After the cleaning was done, Kate called to me come over and check the place. I was surprised. It was cleaner than when I moved in there 3 years ago. All the dirt and oil grease were removed completely. Even few hanger parts that the previous tenants glued to the shower tub and we never even thought about removing them were removed and cleaned completely (It took me some time to realize that there was something missing). I even took some pictures and showed them to my wife. Also, Kate was very professional and responsive through the whole process. Would absolutely give 5 star and recommend to anyone who looks for a good cleaning service. Will absolutely use their service again next time.

The apartment we gave them to clean could not have been in worse shape and over 7 hours they brought it back to life ready for new tenants to move it right way. April 2021: These guys transformed a house we bought, from oily, sticky and dirty to sparkling clean. Their attention to detail was excellent, every surface was cleaned no matter how hidden away, leaving the house immaculate and smelling oh so fresh. Definitely recommend this team, they are just so good at what they do, I would definitely be using their services again should the need come. Their work was so professional, I'm not sure I could replicate it! March 2022: Got the team in for a sofa and ottoman clean. They are awesome! Again, excellent and thorough attention to detail and they charged such a reasonable price. This team are my my go to people for any help with the hous!
