The clean itself was done efficiently and to a high standard. That is the positive aspect of my experience. I wouldn't use this service again however due to the poor attitude of whomever is responsible for bookings. I had booked the service and received a confirmation email. My wife waited for them for the hour that they were meant to arrive in ( between 8 and 9 am) When they failed to arrive I rang to enquire, only to be informed by some snotty officious person that I hadn't booked and even when I sent the confirmation email still refused the possibility that they were in error. Rather than try and deal with a legitimate customer complaint I was told I would be refunded. unacceptable as I had already arranged to hand the house back to the landlord two days later which would have given the carpets time to dry post clean ( which once again were very well done) After some emotional conversation on my part ( admittedly I became quite irate) An alternative appointment was made. What happened to customer satisfaction? And when is it acceptable to walk away from a booking leaving the client with no chance to engage another company at such short notice. This feedback is in no way a criticism of the cleaning team who were punctual and polite. Also at the top end of what is acceptable to charge for this service but I paid in the ( mistaken ) knowledge that this was a professional highly rated service that had come recommended by friends. Best to stay away in favour of someone who cares more about customer care in favour of profit

Dropped off my aluminium blinds here and they came back cleaner but not the cleanest. I still gave them a wipe down once I got home - I think the marks/smudges were from cleaning residue, so nothing major. Customer service was good and friendly both in person and over the phone. Easy drop off/pick up service during opening hours, no booking was required and very reasonable pricing - pricing is clear online and excludes GST and much cheaper than other places which is a huge bonus. Would recommend and return to use their blind cleaning service for the pricing and good customer service.

An excellent service I would say and would highly highly recommend this cleaning company to the public. The curtains I collected look like Brand NEW ones without any mould at all! I had curtains washed by a different cleaning company previously - could still see some mould on the bottom. This company also put all new hooks on my curtains very tidy, and also replaced my broken rolling stick of my blinds - such a SURPRISE what a GREAT job and customer service they have done - beyond the expection!

Right from the beginning the service was excellent. Emails were followed up quickly and efficiently. When concerns were encountered they quickly emailed to gain feedback as to the way ahead. It only took three days to complete the job to a high degree of satisfaction. Their pricing was competitive as encountered after acquiring other estimates. Professionally packaged ready for pick-up. A nice, friendly service at the front desk. The office area was well presented which gave the impression our job was going to be handled well. My Mum was very impressed with the finished job - great to have fresh, clean curtains going back up in her house.

HI. Guys did a good job under not the easiest of conditions. It is a shame that they didnt pull fridge and washing machine out when they cleaned the floors. Cleaning around them has left a marked difference in the floor and it looks bad.

I had 3 lots of bedroom curtains that had not been cleaned for a very long time and had Mould. Cleaning Pro came when they said they would phoning 20 minutes before took the curtains away and they have come back like New. Never think your curtains can't be revived. These people breath new life into curtains you think you should replace at a fraction of the cost of new. Highly recommend them.

iDry Restorations Wellington Very pleased with the gib removal work they did for me. Onsite superb attention to detail & left everything spotless. However, they could do a much better job on the Admin side & responding to emails, etc. If they'd followed my detailed email instructions, they wouldn't have need separate trip back out to do moisture meter readings.

I would highly recommend CleaningPro to do any cleaning work to anyone. The technician who arrived to my home was exceptional. He explained what product he was using for the lounge suites and the procedure as well. His professionalism was exceptional and my two lounge suites looked brand new after he finished. I should have taken a before and after shot. For that reason I have asked CleaningPro to come back and clean the carpet in my upstairs and downstairs 4 bedroom house. Thank you again CleaningPro. I am really impressed with the job CleaningPro did. They did a mould treatment on the lining of a large natural linen curtain and dry-cleaned the curtain itself They had to seperate the lining from the curtain so the mould treatment wouldn't effect the colour of the linen... very successful result and the curtain no longer holds the icky smell it had acquired.

We had our curtains cleaned here. One set was quite mouldy too. We're so pleased with how well they were cleaned. The staff were good to deal with too - good communication and the curtains were ready when they said they'd be. We also used them to do a deep clean of a house prior to sale. They didi a great job of a difficult clean. They were also polite, helpful and easy to deal with.

I asked for Venetian blinds cleaning. An excellent customer service. The staff who came to uninstall and the other who reinstalled the blinds were so efficient, articulate and professional. Appropriate time despite the busy Christmas period, they call before coming, and an excellent job was done. Job was to dry carpets and walls in laundry, hallway and bedroom after a water pipe burst. Team was friendly and efficient, and explained in detail what work was being done to repair the damage, what progress was made, etc every step of the way. Back-up service was outstanding with text message alerts when the team was coming to check progress and comprehensive progress reports emailed each day.

When experiencing flooding due to heavy rain fall, Cleaning Pro/iDry were at my house within 90 minutes to start extracting the excess water and to leave large dryers to dry out the carpet and moisture in the walls. They came back daily to check progress. Their speedy response has meant we have suffered no long term damage to the carpet or house.

We desperately needed cleaners for a home we purchased which had been “cleaned” by another company at the cost of the seller before we settled on the house. These other professionals did not do a good job and left us disappointed so we were anxious when choosing a cleaner of our own. We came across Cleaning Pro online and decided to book because of the detail they provided on their website. We had chosen a deep clean as the base and pretty much added on everything else that could’ve been added on. Two cleaners, Mandeep and Gagan arrived on site on time and confirmed the service they were going to provide. We pleaded for them to do a good job and they assured us it would all be done to the best of their ability. Mandeep said he would contact us just before they finished, so off we went to let them do what they do. Half the day went before they contacted us and we came back to inspect the service. Due to the carpet being wet from the clean we could not throughly inspect it on the day but from what we could see from the door it had looked promising. We thanked Mandeep, Gagan, Navjot and Sarpreet for a job well done. We inspected the house the following day and were amazed at the quality of work that had been done! All our worries were eased as we saw they had cleaned the house beyond the standard we were expecting. The whole house had been cleaned top to bottom and it was well worth the money! The house looked transformed all from the cleaning. They also measured up the blinds for a quote that we had asked for and provided a quote on the spot. 100% satisfied with their work and will definitely book with cleaning pro again if we ever need.

We are very impressed with this company. We are a reasonable sized manufacturing business in West Auckland with premises that had fallen somewhat in up keep of polished floors, clean windows and the cleanliness and quality of our venetian blinds. CleaningPro answered our request for a quote promptly, were professional in their delivery of the quote and ready to do the job within a very acceptable period. Great customer service. Superfast turn around, they picked up our roller blinds at 3pm yesterday and they were back today at 3.30pm. Considering they are white and years old I'm amazed at how clean they are. The guy measured, quoted and then took them down within half an hour.... the next day he brought them back... fixed a chain and rehung them really quickly. Definately recommended.
