Excellent service, very thorough clean. He was very patient in answering all of my questions and very knowledgable. Also replaced my door seals which was much needed. Has made a huge difference on how well my fire is burning, it was literally roaring last night! Will definitely be booking Chimney Dr in again for the next clean.

Alex went out of his way to troubleshoot a squeaking noise in my chimney. He discovered a washer was missing and replaced it as part of the cleaning service. I highly recommend Chimney Doctor. This husband and wife team is professional, courteous and quick to respond to requests. They know the business inside and out and do a great job every time.

Having Alex come out to clean our chimney and fireplace was the best money I could have ever spent! Friendly, punctual, incredibly knowledgeable. After being told by the fire supplier that it is easy to fit replacement bricks and air tubes ourselves we ran into a lot of bother as it can be difficult. Alex came in and fixed our mistakes and saved us some money by repairing the parts we had. We will never attempt any such work again ourselves and will instead call on the Chimney Doctor. Wonderful service, we will be back next year!! Thank you

Alex cleaned and replaced the seals on our log burner he also gave some helpful advice on maintenance for the bricks. We will happily use his services again as my husband and I found his workmanship, professionalism and friendly manner excellent. Thanks Mike and Ang Foster.

Another amazing service from Alex and Laura in the office!!!! Alex is so lovely, clean, resepectful and answers all MY annoying questions. Whats this, whats that?? Its been two years since our last clean and I was so surprised with the amount of soot!!! Ill be booking now every year and only with Alex!! THANKS AGAIN!!!

On arrival Alex offered an apology for "being early". After that the friendly, competent service only got better as my logburner received a great clean from top to bottom - all in a tidy, clean, dust-free manner. Alex was chatty and also offered some advice on what wood to burn and how to look after the fire. Alex even cleaned the window. Great friendly, expert service for a local company.

Can’t recommend enough - super friendly service, excellent and quick communication, and completely professional job done! Waited four weeks to get our chimney cleaned & slight confusion over site details but once on site he did a fantastic job. We will be using Alex again next year and recommend him to others.

After a bit of a confusion between dates, bad circumstances and the weather not being favour, we had the Chimney Doctor give us excellent service. He is a very kind person, professional and honest. Will use him again to fix our fireplace in the future.

Called the chimney doctor after we didn't hear back from our usual guys for over a week. Doc was able to fit us in two days later and weather worked in our favour. Cost a bit more than our usual guys but seemed to do a much more thorough job, cleaning our flue from the bottom as well as the top due to a tricky offset in our flue. Previous sweeps had not even mentioned the offset so I wonder if they have even cleaned past it- this is the second clean we've had this season! A friendly technician, I highly recommend the Chimney Doctor we will use again the next time our chimney needs servicing. Thanks
