P.We have engaged CSC on a few cases now and most recently they attended a very sensitive matter for us on behalf of our principal Insurers.
The quality of work and professionalism displayed was a credit to the team who undertake this difficult work.
Attendance was within 14 hours of notification of engagement and staff on site conducted themselves with integrity and discretion. Good clear records of all actions undertaken were thoroughly documented.
The clean was completed to a very high standard and the regular contact and updates from Management and follow up with us after completion gave a certainty of their backing of works completed.
Highly recommended.
B.The guy that came out Correy was super friendly very efficient literally walked through the door took a look at what we wanted cleaned (it was very very confronting ) but he just was so professional nothing was a problem and he got stuck in and did an amazing job .I would highly recommend using Crime Scene Cleaners man oh man havn't seen someone work so efficiently in many many years. s.I cant praise these guys enough, Carl, Raj and the team went above and beyond with a very delicate situation at my rental. Their prompt service, professionalism and empathy went along way at a very difficult time. R.I had the opportunity of working closely with Crime scene cleaners owners, Carl and Tara-Jayne to assist in the clean up of the Addington mosque after the terrible tragedy that occurred in March 2019. They did an absolutely flawless job. They took stock of what needed to be done, organised impeccably times, cleaning products, safety equipment and staff who could stomach such a role, then when to work. An absolute class act! I totally recommend them to anyone wanting an expert in the field.
D.We are Loss Assessors and we recently engaged Crime Scene Cleaners to decontaminate a rental property which had been contaminated with methamphetamine. Their meticulous detailed approach resulted in zero damage to the materials in the property which can result from excessive moisture during the decontamination process. We will be seeking further quotes from Crime Scene Cleaners when assessing meth contamination claims.
P.Crime Scene Cleaners - you guys are great!! Returning from an overseas holiday recently we found our cat door had been inadvertently locked and whilst a neighbour was diligently calling over each day to feed our cat she never realised our cat couldnt get out of the house to toilet. Our cat chose one area of our upstairs to toilet and, whilst not noticeable from downstairs, the smell was putrid upstairs (on our newly installed carpet). Carl and Tara-Jayne were on the job immediately I called and went out of their way to ensure the job was completed to our satisfaction. Prompt and extremely professional. No job too big or small it appears for these guys. Thanks so much 😊👍
