Hamish was brilliant from the original phone call. Explained process, booked the time, outlined costs and once driver on way, a text arrived with arrival time expected. Slick service once on site and again all explained. Within 2 hours our water was perfect after a large amount of crud had been removed. Drinking out of the tap again a joy vs. bottled water!! And a clean shower! Will definitely use again! Thanks! Steve

Fantastic and extremely professional service. Hamish stayed in touch until I was ready to have my tank clean. On the day, Steve was very professional and gave a great report on the state of my tank and water. Highly recommended to anyone. We are in Whangarei and that was no problem at all to get someone here.

Recently we used Safe H2O to clean and filter our two 15000 litre water tanks. I contacted Hamish by phone and he talked me through the whole process and the time frame to get the job done including the price and travel cost. On the day Nick, the operator, arrived on time and carried out the whole procedure extremely efficiently with a courteous and pleasant attitude. Within a couple of hours we had extremely clean tanks and crystal clear water. Wow! what a transformation of water quality and exceptionally nice water to drink. Would we use H2O again………absolutely. The service was booked in a very reasonable timeframe, fitting us in to a local "run" that significantly reduced the mileage. Alex was professional but at the same time friendly and knowledgeable. Very professional. Steve certainly knew his stuff. I haven’t quite got the water we’re after but that is something I have to do a bit of work on.

Very pleased with the whole process. Two large concrete tanks not serviced for some years, now hold sparkling water. No disruption to our household while the work was being done, and no mess to clean up!! Thoroughly recommend this service, especially if the family is relying on roof capture for water supply.

Doing a Google search for someone to clean my rain tank, and found Safe H20. Sent an enquiry and got an almost immediate phone call. A quick summary of what is done, fair explanation on costs, time taken etc. On the day, text with regards to arrival time, great set up, super fast work, and very engaging to move surplus sediment or water around. Extremely informative to this city boy on best practices moving forward. When done, excluding a super clean tank, no evidence of having been there. Guys, you are awesome, a super pleasure to have had you over, will 100% recommend this process, and the final invoice was so good I know I can afford this more regularly. Can only wish you guys the best and see you again.

I did a fairly thorough check beforehand and happy to say this was an excellent experience in all respects. Very good info and quote, efficient and thorough and absolutely no queries or issues at all. Cary arrived exactly on time, and all completed within a couple of hours. Thoroughly recommended.

These guys are awesome operators. They arrived on time and completed the job well within the quoted time. It is such a good idea to filter and replace the water from your own tank. Great explanation, no hidden costs and superb service even though it was in the Christmas rush period. We will certainly use Safe H2O again...in fact wouldn't use anybody else.

I have never had my tanks professionally cleaned in the 20 years we've been in this property. The team were great very professional and informative. I would highly recommend them to all whom have tanks that supply their home water systems. Watching what was being vacuumed out was fascinating. I look forward to using Safe H2O again in a couple of years.

Safe H20 provided an alternative to getting new water tanks - we had been told by other companies that the tanks access points (under the deck) were inaccessible for traditional cleaning methods, and that we would need new tanks in a different position. However, Safe H20 had the equipment to clean the tanks where they were, and were able to filter the water, and all at a much cheaper cost than replacing the tanks! A professional service provided by a professional and knowledgeable technician.

Safe H2O Were amazing! They were super easy to communicate with both over the phone and through email. Hamish was polite and knowledgeable and was able to book us in really quickly. He made us feel prioritised and confident with them with his follow up emails and his quick responses. Wayne, who came to do our tanks, was polite and kind and confident and did an amazing job. He kept us up to date with what he was doing and really knew his job inside and out. Over all I will 100% contact them again in the future and recommend them to the people in my life.

We had 4 tanks cleaned at 2 different properties, we are extremely happy with the friendly prompt service and cost effectiveness, will certainly get to do again :)

Very satisfied, 300 mm depth of sludge sucked ot of bottom of tank, remaining water 70 odd percent of tank capacity filtered and pumped back, cost a bit but well worth it. Job finished in time allowed

Thoroughly helpful, efficient and professional

We have always made efforts to screen the water from our roof and keep our tank as clean as possible. I thought we did a good job. But the water never tastes as fresh and clean as it does once Safe H2O have filtered our water and removed the sediment. We will be getting this done every year. Thanks Richard and Anna.
