Amazing experience with Jet X Wellington. They offered me the best quote out of all the companies I contacted and they were accommodating to the particular needs of our property. Eric and his team were super nice and did a brilliant job. Highly recommend and will continue using this company !!

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the work done is fine, but the work done isn't to the standard I was expected based on their website advertising and pictures. I had a gutter clean and a window clean done by them. When they first came the guys doing the work weren't told to clean the shed gutters or clean the windows, but they came back the next day and did that. The initial gutter cleaning job was pretty good, but they left some moss on the outside that I could easily see from the ground. All the large pieces of debris such as grass growing in the gutters was removed, and the outside of the guttering was cleaned reasonably well. They flushed with a hose so there were no large pieces of anything in the gutters. They managed to get a courier package sitting at my back door very wet, fortunately there was no damage. They also got dirt all over the windows and house and driveway, which they didn't clean up, even a hose down. The gutter cleaning photos on the website show clean, white, almost new looking guttering. What they actually do is remove the large pieces then hose the gutters out, so my gutters still have a thin film of green / brown dirt and such on them. The guys doing the work told me that they only water blast the gutters if a roof clean is done as well. While this is what is described in their contract it doesn't match what their website shows, so I consider it somewhat misleading. A small amount of debris including soil and leaves were left on my driveway, which I had to clean up myself even after their second visit. The window clean was adequate, but they left some debris on easily accessible windows, and they didn't do the window wipe with a rubber blade as per the contract, so the windows dried with light marks on them. They also broke off a small drain cover on my PVC windows, which will need to be replaced. They cleaned windows that were slightly open, rather than asking me to close them even though they knew I was home, which resulted in dirt and water coming inside that I had to clean up. All in all, while they did an adequate job and things are much better than before they started I'm not impressed that the gutter cleaning doesn't match the photos on the website, and that they didn't complete the window cleaning as per the contract. Good points though were good communication, arrived when they said they wood, and willingness to come back quickly and address the problems, and friendly staff. I might use them again, but I would want more clarity on exactly what they would do first.

I had a brilliant experience with this company. I had been trying to find a company to clean my gutters, which have leaf screen screwed on, so not everyone will do it. This company was the only one I could find to do the job, and luckily for me, they were also responsive, reliable, prompt, professional, reasonably-priced and did a great job. I was so impressed by that job, I asked them back to wash my roof, and that was also great. Highly recommended.

We saw JetX cleaning a neighbour's house - and saw the results - so booked them immediately as our place was well overdue for a clean. We are stoked with the outcome and with their professionalism - on time, thorough, and they do a fantastic clean up afterwards - no rubbish for us to get rid of. House and decking looks almost new. Will definitely use again.

We used this company around April last year ,to clean the gutters for our rental property in upper Hutt. They were charging $270 for a simple job which takes about 1-2 hours. A couple of weeks after they have been and heavy down pour, our tenants reported that one down pipe was blocked and the water was backing up, and coming down the outside of the down pipe ... My husband had to contact them a number of times to get a response, basically they were denying that they didn't do the job properly, never offered to come back to fix it, nor offered a partial refund. In the end , my husband had to unblock the downpipe himself, as he was being a responsible landlord, didn't want the tenants have to put up with this... What happened after, we tried to negotiate for a discount with the director Chris, he was still denying of the facts. He was only willing to take $70 off the bill, which was pathetic, my husband couldn't be bothered to deal with them anymore, so he paid the full bill. I , on the other hand, was not giving up yet, so I continued to communicate with them, but their customer service was very poor, I had to wait for a long time, and send them a second email to get some reply. They came to do the job in April, and the last email I got from the director Chris was in August, he was still adamant that they did a 'perfect' job, in other words, no discount for us. I sent them two more emails afterwards, and never got a word back from them,not even an apology! We will never use them again, as there was no customer service or professionalism from this company! * Update on this issue, the current owner contacted us straight away, very professional and great communication , totally the opposite to the previous owner. They even offered to clean the gutters for free to make up for last year's issue. Very impressed 🙌👍by the new JetX team, they are awesome!

These guys are awesome and great at what they do. Chris and Alec were very hard workers and the finished result was like a new building. We have used their competitors but I would highly recommend this company above them.
