I could not rave enough about Kim and his team. He was referred by Fujitsu as a preferred installer and I can see why. The initial quoting process was quick and easy and the actual install was completely painless. Kim and Travis installed two units in our house yesterday and the work is phenomenal. They were quick, tidy, informative throughout the entire process and the whole project was done as agreed within timeframes and budget. Fully recommend!

Last weekend (Easter '22) our aging heat pump developed a problem, it would only blow out cold air even when set to heat. I contacted five local businesses and Kim from Heat Pump Services was the only one that responded promptly (of the others two replied 4 to 5 days later, one made an appointment and didn't show up the and the fifth didn't reply at all). Kim diagnosed the fault and suggested options to fix it but in the end we decided on a new replacement unit. We scheduled an install two days later and only briefly discussed price. The installer, Travis, arrived on time and had the old unit removed and new unit installed quite quickly. There was a discussion about the new features we had not seen before. All in all, the process was very smooth and professional. We wish we had access to Heat Pump Services for our past installs. We are very happy with the whole job, the new unit works perfectly, our power bill has dropped dramatically (30Kw per day with convection and fan heaters vs 16Kw per day with the heatpump). We would recommend Heat Pump Services to everyone without hesitation.

Kim was very efficient, knowledgeable and thorough. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Heat Pump Services if you're looking for a reliable, professional company to install your heatpumps.

We called Kim short notice and he came around really quickly. Serviced a 6 year old heat pump and its now working better than ever. He identified it was too close to the house and cleared the airflow and moved it out. Cleaned it and gave is tips to keep it running. Will definitely be calling Kim for our next service. Great job.

I had a heat pump installed by these people. There was no issue with the job done but the price quoted for the installation was very high based on an experience the installer had in a previous apartment in this building. The installation was a breeze with everything exactly where it was in the drawings and the installer was in and out in probably less time that a standard back to back job. All the pipes and electrical feed were already in place. The installer walked away with over $2k for his three and a half hours. I invited him to make a reduction based on actual time taken but he did not respond which left me feeling ripped off. If I had my time over, I would ask for a standard back to back installation with provision for adjustment where installation went over time. If you own an apartment, be cautious of this installer, indeed any installer who prices contingencies in that end up not actually there.

Kim has installed a number of heat pumps for me over the past 10 years at four different properties. He and his workers are always efficient, timely and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended.

Kim and his team of installers (nearly all are electricians) were very professional and installed 5 heat pumps for me in one day. He also stuck by his word for something that ended up costing him more than he expected. He probably won't be the cheapest on the quote, but I would highly recommend him for a job done right.

I was very happy with Kim’s friendly and professional service. Kim was able to book us in on a Saturday just 2 days after my inquiry to service our two Fujitsu heat pumps, one of which Kim installed a year previously. I found Kim to be very reliable and wouldn’t hesitate to book him in again for our next service. Keep up the good work!

Kim was very thorough when quoting and had good knowledge of product and installation. The install was very good, tidy, and a reasonable price, he even repaired a couple of broken roof tiles for us. Highly recommended.

Kim installed 3 heat pumps for us a few years ago and they worked extremely well until someone smashed their car into one of the external units. Kim came in and made sure everything was functioning again and this aftercare is amazing! He is punctual with appointments and when you talk to him you know he is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Would highly recommend him and his company and will not hesitate to use Heat Pump Services again!

Kim Neville supplied and installed a Fujitsu with a very quiet outdoor unit that was perfect for my small flat. He's an honest, intelligent, reliable guy who offers real expertise and value for money. When a ceiling plasterer damaged the unit years later Kim diagnosed the problem over the phone and repaired the unit for a very reasonable price. I have recommended him to neighbours and will continue to do so.

We have engaged this company to quote and install heat pumps for couple of rentals that we managed. The quote came up very reasonable particularly when such a high quality heat pump was installed. Great workmanship and the quote respond turnaround was quick as well. I have had other companies who quote cheaper with a much lower power unit which resulted in a significantly much shorter operational life, and therefore will need a completely new replacement much sooner. By installing a suitable power unit, the heat pump that Heap Pump Services will last much longer and therefore works out more economical. A trustworthy company to engage and hence highly recommended!
