Andrew really does provides top service and he is super easy to deal with. They were also affordable compared to other quotes we got. We got two heat pumps to our bedrooms for our upcoming baby. Our rooms are now cool and ready for the upcoming summer. Thanks a bunch!!!!!

Excellent experience. Under promised and over delivered in every aspect - highly recommended. Booked an appointment for a quote and was able to come days earlier. Provided a quote when they said they would. Turned up early, got the job done, cleaned up after themselves. We might have been lucky due to others cancelling but from the quote to the install was less than a week; sooner than others were even able to get a quote to us!! Unreal and recommending here. Existing heat pump died just in time as winter was around the corner. Called up Andrew who was quick to respond and come on-site and provide me a quote and recommendation for replacing the heat pump unit. A day and time was locked in for the heat pump install. Andrew’s team was on-site on the day and finished the install job with no issues. The work was done professionally and the guys even showed me how the new heat pump was working. Was recommended Andrew and his team’s service by a friend and I was equally as impressed. Quick and friendly response time and kept me updated on progress throughout. The team that installed the AC was quick and efficient and clean. All done in 2 hours. Been using our new Daikin for a month now and it’s been perfect, just in time for the clammy weather! Only company out of 5 that I contacted who made the effort to send someone to look at our heat pump THAT DAY opposed to doing the hard sell of buying a new one is cheaper due to age etc or booking a slot in min of 2 weeks time. Great communication on time they would arrive with text updates. Once the issue was established, they offered various options including a cost estimate & the longevity of the fix versus a replacement etc. Fast efficient service with no hard sell. Will definitely use again.
