Very happy to review this company. Control panel alerted me to a fault in the system. I called the helpline and spoke to a very helpful young woman who told me the fault was with my thermostat and was offered an appointment at my convenience. A very polite and helpful young man arrived and fixed the problem within 10 minutes of his arrival. He also answered my questions re the control panel and settings. In the 48 hours that the system hadn’t been working I’d also noticed increased condensation and colder indoor temperatures. Now back to normal thank goodness. A great product and excellent service. Thank you.

It took us a while but James and the team got us there in the end. The team installed a whole house system, the installation process was extremely professional. HRV managed a manhole being cut into our upstairs ceiling, their builder made a very neat job and tidied up after themselves. The HRV installation was excellent, the guys came in and did a very neat and tidy installation. We are really pleased with the outcome and how it looks. Our home had problems with condensation before the system went in, the recent humidity and torrential rain has tested it. The results have been excellent so far, no condensation and a drier, warmer home. Thank you.

Had a new Fujitsu heat pump installed. They took real care on the install and it looks great - they put a lot of effort into making sure it looked good inside and out. Really clean and tidy - they even vacuumed before they left. Really pleased with the pump itself and the long warranty. All for a good price too.

Received excellent service from HRV. The technician came and replaced the filters and talked me through what he was doing. He also replaced a strap that had broken which had caused the fan to be noisy. Highly recommend.

We were thrilled with our HRV experience, from the initial consultation and explanation of the key benefits of the HRV system, right through to the updates on installation as we had to juggle lockdown shifting our original installation date. When the team of three arrived, they were highly professional and friendly. They all introduced themselves and the team lead explained each of their roles and the plan of attack. We had 7 vents installed and they were all wrapped up within 1.5 hours. Within hours we noticed the difference; the house is warmer and there's no condensation! Very happy with the HRV teams service, highly recommend.

We had our system installed a few years back and from the first consultation we have been impressed with the level of service we have received. Invariably knowledgeable, polite, respectful and friendly, their customer service has been above reproach. They are on time, professional and efficient every time. We took out the Service Contract offered and it has been good value, in that while we have only had a couple if issues over the years, we don't have to remember when a service is due. They contact us and arrange it at our convenience. We know the system is all up to scratch and working as it should.

HRV two yearly filter replacement and system check all completed professionally and by a friendly technician. HRV has really made a great difference in our house. No more wiping the windows down inside every morning of winter! Thoroughly recommend 👍

Before HRV we had damp windows and mould on window frames and curtains every winter. Now we have dry windows and warmer air temperatures in the house with no mould. HRV provided excellent service not only on cleaning and servicing our HRV but also on our heat pump for a very reasonable fee. The two technicians were quiet, efficient and very courteous.They arrived at the agreed time and after some discussion and explanation set to work. After 4 hours of intensive activity, the Panasonic unit was installed and operating. (Thought was even given to ensuring that the outside unit did not encroach on the cat door!) Complete cleanup and they left.......a very satisfactory installation.

The installation guys were just brilliant, friendly and knowledgeable. We had weeping windows 256sqm house and now none of the windows have any condensation on it. Bone dry. Even in peak winter you can see the temp in your attic climb upto 28 easily. HRV pushes that air down to your house, so really what you're getting in the morning is a heater with the power of a light bulb as it's just a fan in the attic. Pair this with a heat pump and you've got total comfort at home. Yes you need a heat pump or some heating thing in the evening if you have HRV, if not it'll just be too cold.

We installed an HRV in our house 4 years ago after finding we had condensation issues during our first winter. It changed the game and we don't have those issues anymore and the house feels dryer. We have found their servicing team provide excellent service when cleaning the filters and went above and beyond helping to offer solutions (during the last service the team member noticed that I had a make shift draft stopper out of cardboard to prevent a draft onto my head from the HRV vent while sleeping - he noticed this and asked if I was getting a draft, and within a minute or two we had a proper draft stopper installed in the vent, and it made all the difference - was super stoked!). Really recommend these guys if you have any condensation issues in your house, it makes a real difference.

In Winter no more moisture on our Windows and our house is warm and dry. We recently got a Summer kit installed so that the house would be cooler in summer. We highly recommend getting HRV installed in your home as the cost quality and service from this company is excellent and well worth the outlay. We had a HRV ventilation system upgrade carried out. The service engineer kept in contact, was able to arrive early and did the upgrade very quickly and efficiently and kept me up to date with what was going on..

We had a rep around within two days after asking for a quote. He worked out very quickly how to run the ducting down to the second level. The price was as expected since we have had this system in another home and will always have one if we move again. We've had our HRV system for 10+ years and last year it had an upgrade with a new control panel as well. It recently showed a system error or fault. After a quick call to HRV North Shore their Technician Jayden came around bang on time and fixed the fault and, furthermore, took the time to explain what the fault was for us. At this time we also established the filters would have been due in a couple of months so Jayden offered to replace those at the same time. Enjoyed her visit, made a chore a little more friendlier. I can’t thank James and his team enough for the fantastic customer service , prompt and professional installation of our HRV ventilation and water filtration systems . We had an HRV installed halfway through winter and we've been very happy with our purchase. No more condensation! There was a fault with the control pannel after instal but a technician came round to fix it within an hour or so of phoning. This product is purely designed to recycle air throughout the home but on a blue sky, winters day, it definetly warms the house by a couple of degrees and on a hot summer night it starts to cool the house slightly when the roof cavity temp drops. An added bonus which works nicely with the heap pump! I'd recommend!

Had HRV Installed August 2019. Stopped all of sudden. Called 0800 number and left voice mail but no response. Fortunately i had the number of the person who i was dealing with during installation. Texted that person and she arranged call back from service department. Service department booked an appointment straight away for day after early in the morning coz me and my wife finished late in weekdays. Technician came to our place at booked time and quickly identify the issue and replace the fan under warranty (Technician texted me in the morning that he is on the way) Technician was very professional and finished the job before me and my left to work. We had a lady at our address this morning replacing the filters for our ventilation system and I would like to provide some feedback, I didn’t get her name because it was my other flatmate who spoke to her in the morning, but flatmate had to go to work while I stayed at home. She was very clear with the precautions around Covid-19 and what she needed to do in order to keep everyone safe before starting the job. She had all her PPE and it was very diligent cleaning the surfaces she touched. At the end of the job she explained what she had done and carry on checking the other ventilation fans around the house. Once she finished, she cleaned the main door handle, pick up her equipment and leave. She was also very lovely and completely professional. Your safety plan for Covid-19 is great, and this girl completely understand the importance of following the instructions. Great work and I hope she gets the feedback

We had Ethan service our filter, what a lovely and friendly person, I found him too be tidy, professional and willing to explain and answer any questions I had..the next week we had Dylan and Gavin turn up too install the new fan, they too did a great job, no more crying windows!

Our HRV system malfunctioned and was no longer pumping air into the house, I had noticed its performance had dropped off markedly in the last few months as well and it finally died. We had the same delightful repairman as last time who reset one of the fans (thermal trip) and replaced the second one (it had failed completely) in no time were back up and running. HRV replaced the second fan F.O.C even though it was just out of warranty so I was very happy with that decision. I would thoroughly recommend them, I have always been a strong advocate of HRV's and continue to be so.
