Excellent service! They made contact straight away and the goods arrived the next business day. We purchased three infrared thermometers from HVAC Tools in the middle of the Covid crisis. Delivery was quick and all thermometers worked well on arrival. Unfortunately one started giving an error message soon after, but when Andy from HVAC was advised of this, a replacement was sent very quickly. (Apparently this was this was the first unit to fail in more than 2 thousand.) We have recently had these units tested as part of annual calibration checks and the tester was surprised at how accurate they are. These have been perfect for daily health checks of residents and staff.

I have ordered a box (20) of UT305R Infrared Non Contact Forehead Thermometers for our office and started to use now. Very handy as it doesn't need any operational process and also the result displays in just a few seconds. Thanks.
