I had three 2 year old Fujitsu heat pumps that I got through a different provider that I had been having constant issues with since the day I got them. I got fed up with getting them repaired every month or two so decided to replace them. I paid Reliance Home Ventilation Systems to carry out the removal of the Fujitsu ones, then to install new Mitsubishi ones that they were supplying me. They removed my old units and installed 2x Mitsubishi AP25 units in my bedrooms and 1x AP71 in my lounge room. They were very professional and polite, they talked me through the process and gave me options for the install. I was also worried about having people in my house as I have a 4 year old that cant be vaccinated yet but their install team is all double vaxed and they wore masks the whole time so that gave me a good level of comfort. I first talked to Sam who came and did the quote then he sent in a team of 4 guys on the install day to do the work and Sam also popped in to visit me during the install to make sure I was all happy. I'm really happy with the job they have done, everything looks really clean and tidy and the new units have been performing great. I can easily recommend Reliance Home Ventilation Systems as a provider/installer if anyone's looking to get some new heat pumps or replace any existing ones.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! My experience with Reliance Ventilation has been nothing short of extraordinary from the start. Vinny initially came for a no-obligation home assessment to install a ducted ventilation system. He suggested that the job was difficult to do as I live in a three-storey house that has two separate roofs. A couple of days later he sent his most experienced installer Sam for another free assessment just to be sure that the job can be done in accordance with my specific requirements - most companies in Auckland won't go this far! I was then offered a VERY competitive quote and the job was completed soon by their team of highly skilled technicians. The air in the house now feels sooo fresh! Thank you Reliance Ventilation. I contacted Reliance for two reasons, they have great Google reviews, and they have what seems to be the best price in the market among companies with high reviews. Don't be concerned if the chap answering the phone (I think he's called Sanjeev?) is a bit casual; that's just his way. Once contacted, he put me onto his West Auckland installation team led by Vinny. Vinny was able to provide clear and effective advice about what units to put in which locations. Installers Bhuoen and Saurabh did a great job with the fitting and it has made a big difference to the level of comfort in our house. The heat pump downstairs did such a great job we ordered one for my home office upstairs. Although this was three stories high the team made short work of it with some innovative approaches to ensure safety. By mistake I overpaid them, and they contacted me to let me know. Thank you Sweta. I recommend this company.

Great job. I approached 6 different companies and no one agreed to do the job as the job was technically difficult. Reliance ventilation was the only one who agreed to take on the challenge. The suspended unit was installed in a conservatory. The only unit that could be installed was the ceiling suspended one. I met the team a few times to plan the job before going ahead with the supply and install. The job was neatly finished and in an efficient manner with no extra requirement for patch-up work. Pipes from the unit were well hidden in the soffit. Communication was excellent. I would definitely recommend this team.

So i had a problem with Reliance with one of their staff. After filing a bad review i immediately got contacted by Sanjiv Kumar their owner. He investigated the matter and apologies for the incident. He explained the particular staff was over stressed due to the last lockdown and he is working with him to resolve his issues. He then offered to personally come over to check my heatpump in a few days and he did. Working with your own people instead of just a quick fire/termination shows a health work enviroment and attitude in the workplace. And when there is a health workplace and enviroment there is also great customer service.

Got a heat pump installed through RVD, the salesperson was very informed and helpful in providing advise to choose the best product for your needs. A lot of companies will try to sell you the most expensive product but RVS will help you choose the optimum product based on your needs. There was also an issue with the quoted heat pump as stock was not available but to keep within my required deadline to install a heat pump, RVS was more than happy to upgrade to a high end version of heat pump for the same quoted price. Would definitely recommend RVS for their exceptional products and service.

I had a Heatpump installed by GreetStar Energy (Now GreenSide Energy) Solutions. Unfortunately there was an accidental damage to outer unit. GreenStar/GreenSide straight away told us to deal directly with Heatpump company (Mitsubishi) and it wasn't even 1 yr from installation.
