Gavin, Zane and Kyle make a great team. They are responsive, customer focused and do a top notch job. They are the best trades people I've ever dealt with. Gavin also responded patiently to my request to upskill the electrical knowledge of my home. I'm looking forward to having hot water back!

Zane & Joe installed a heat pump for us today and they were fantastic! They wore masks & used the separate entrance as much as possible. They kept noise to a minimum when they could with 2 people working from home and they worked with us to sort timings of the power being turned off for specific circuts affecting the computers and internet. All in all really friendly, helpful, tidy & professional team, thanks guys!

Awesome company! Found on google for air con service, totally happy with them, Yvonne was really nice and helpful to answer my call and booking my service, and Glen was so nice come here to service our machine, professional and always a smile on his face. Thank you Trident. Joe, Jack and Ollie did an amazing job working at Level 3 restrictions and installed 3 heat pumps and a bathroom heat/light extractor fan. They were professional, friendly and efficient. It was a great night turning on the heat pumps for our wee family. So impressed with this company from the get go. Great communication and a caring person on the end of the office phone. Exceptional service.

Very impressed with the guys from Trident. Zane and Joe came and installed 4 heat pumps for our family. They did an AWESOME job. Not only were they pleasant and professional but they worked hard to get the job finished to a high standards and to how we requested (which even meant crawling under the deck to get the pipes where they needed to be). They left the rooms spotless afterwards and Zane even taught us how to connect the heat pumps to our phones so we can control them remotely... super helpful. Thank you Zane :) We would highly recommend Trident to all our friends.

I had Matt from Trident come in to install 2 fans in bathroom and kitchen today. He arrived on time and did a professional job. We were very impressed with the outcome. Also it was a pleasure to deal with Yvonne who organised the booking. If you want a professional job done and deal with genuine people I highly recommend this business.

Matt and Zane did a really good job mounting our 55” tv to the wall. Finished product is exactly what we wanted with all wires hidden. Both Matt and Zane were very professional, wore their masks the whole time and vacuumed when the job was complete leaving the place as they found it. Thanks guys!

Excellent service, came in and gave a really thorough quote with pictures (out of 3 quotes were the only one to do that), communicated well, and tidied up and left the place spotless after finishing. Had to call in the good lads at Trident Electrical to wire up the spa, install extractor fans in 2x bathrooms and do some other re-wiring + network cabling around the house, even installed a new light switch AND light under my stairs! Big thanks to Kyle, Oliver and Jack - I can see clearly now whenever I go under the stairs, I can see clearly now in the bathroom mirrors - no more foggy mirrors! I also received some plumbing advice and saved me $$$. Highly recommend this team!

Consistently great service, prompt, tidy, attention to details - all you could ask for. Trident have done electrical work for us several times now including running power to a greenhouse, updating outdoor outlets, lighting in my sauna, and a number of indoor lighting and wiring projects. Kyle is super responsive and the guys who come to do the work are friendly and efficient. I will always use Trident.

I have been working with TEAC for about 18 months. They are a team of young professional contractors who give us great service at competitive prices - nothing is ever too small or too difficult . In Property Management we need tradesmen who can be relied on to work quickly, and efficiently with great communication skills, thus keeping ourselves, landlords and tenants happy. These guys fit the bill perfectly. Thoroughly recommend them.

Had two heat pumps installed and my switchboard replaced. The team at Trident sent a whole friendly team who seemed to work really well together to my house and got it all done in a day. They were accommodating of any requests or questions that we had and the goods they provided were excellent. Highly recommend!

I had Glen to remove and reinstall a heat pump and the job was done promptly and professionally. Also had Kyle doing some electrical and cabling work in my living room and kitchen. They communicate well and did an excellent work all round. Highly recommended.

We had the trident team over doing quite a few jobs and they have been fantasticevery time! We had a new heatpump installed in the lounge and thank goodness we followed Glen's advice. We saved a bunch of money installing the size he suggested and the house is tosty and warm ever since. We also had several lights installed, sensors fixed, tv mounted, pendant lights installed in our kitchen and the list goes on. Really knowledgeable and frienly crew. I highly recommend Trident!

Kyle, Glen and team provided top notch service in doing a complete 1960's house rewire and heat pump install. Service was courteous, and communications effective throughout the entire project. All at a reasonable price. Would definitely use them again for all future electrical needs. Highly recommend Trident to all!

Had these guys come in to supply and fit a heat pump for our rental property. For the heat pump unit itself they gave us a few different options to choose from, with a strong recommendation for the best-featured and best-priced (Gree) unit. It also came with the best warranty and WiFi connectivity to boot. When the guys showed up, they were clean, tidy and professional. I didn't wait around, but left them to it. And all went well with no issues at all. Later when I checked with our tenants, they were full of praise for their work, and said "These guys were really good - recommend them for sure." They even dealt with an ant nest eradication where the hole was made for the piping. It seems they took it all in their stride. I'd like to engage with them again for another smaller job at home.

We had a very good service from Jack and Ollie who came to our place to install a new range hood. They did a wonderful job, were very nice and even cleaned after themselves before leaving. I totally recommend them!

Just thought I'd come here and give a big shoutout to Glen and the team at Trident Electrical for perfectly installing two excellent heatpumps in our 3-storey townhouse! They turned the top floor of our house from a sauna into a habitable space again! From the first call, they were incredibly informative, interested and super super helpful! We were given really good advice from Glen on which machines to get to meet the Comfy Homes requirements and one of the parts that really really stood out too was that when I got home from work, the house was perfectly CLEAN - they are so tidy!!!! If you're wanting to get a heatpump installed, my partner and I recommend Trident 100%!!

Just had a new Daiken Air conditioning unit installed today. The team made a special trip north to my town in Mangawhai. 3 top blokes who went above and beyond with service. They were able to accommodate a few extra jobs which they did without complaint. Very happy

Kyle (and Oliver) were prompt and professional. Kyle had really great ideas for my lighting and provided solutions for existing electrical issues. Really great service and cleaned up after themselves (even put the folded boxes out to the recycling bin) Highly recommended, I will definitely use them again for the next project.

We engaged Trident to service our 3 Mitsubishi heatpumps and also to install some new lighting circuits, light fittings (indoor and outdoor) and a new power point. Their communication was great and they listened to what we wanted and were happy to accommodate. They arrived exactly when arranged and completed the work in a timely fashion without rushing. Competent and experienced tradies with competitive pricing. What'is not to like? Highly recommended.

Bit of a novel, but I didn’t want to miss anything. 😁 This company has competitive pricing and high quality products. We are extremely happy with our heat pump and heat transfer system, also our two new bathroom fans and new kitchen range hood. From the very first meeting (pre Covid) which was the quote to when it came time to install (level 3 Covid) they were extremely professional, friendly and trustworthy. They followed all the Covid guidelines. We received updates throughout the day to keep us in the know and when it was all finished so we could return home. They left our property immaculate and did a wonderful job with everything. They even fixed a power socket that was broken (without being asked) and came back the next day to ensure we knew exactly how to use the heat pump and encouraged us to contact him anytime if we have any questions. Talk about going the extra mile. I highly recommend Trident Electrical & Air Conditioning to all. You’ll have no regrets whatsoever!
