Varcoe made installing a heat pump so easy. From Martin's initial consult and recommendations to having the heat pump installed, the whole process was so smooth and quick. And they cleaned up after the installation.

Great service and a pleasure to work with! The team at Varcoe were outstanding and made it super simple, from Martin coming in to do the initial consult to the lovely guys who came and installed the heat pumps. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and experts at what they do. We had two heat pumps installed and the team were superb. What more can you ask for?!

Very fast and professional service. Consultation in my own home where the best heat pump options were discussed, and only had a 2 week lead time to installation, which I thought was pretty reasonable. Installers arrived at 830, and were done by 11. Very happy with end result, and would happily recommend

Great service from the heat pump product recommendation from Martin to the installation today by the two Technical engineers. Quality workmanship, tidied up afterwards and good explanation of the use of the system. quick response time from quote to install which was fantastic. Would recommend to anyone considering installing a heat pump for their house.

I highly recommend Varco. From site visit and quote to installation they provided a first class service. The quote was ready in two days and a date for installation fixed for two weeks later after my acceptance.The installers did a very neat and tidy job and we are very happy with the outcome.

Advice & measure up was wonderful. Great advice on what to choose. Fitters were wonderful. Kept in contact by phone, on time. Very professional. Told me all the time what they were doing & why. More than happy to answer questions & explain things. Super tidy and organised. Heat pump is great - much quieter & better than the one it replaced - a whole new world of quiet warm rooms!! I had a very positive experience with Varcoe. 1. The salesman turned up when he said he would, and came back with a quote quickly. (Lots of other companies did not even get this far) 2. Very good install team. They did a tidy and professional job 3. The install included wiring power back to our switchboard, This meant no other contractors were required.The sparky did a tidy job. 4. Good follow up from the salesman, and training with the unit. All up, just a hassle free experience. Nice work!

There was some disconnect between the owner and installer but after receiving a call that was promptly sorted and the job was done thoroughly and on time. Very happy tenant :)

So happy with our 2 x new heat pumps/ac units. Used Varcoe on the recommendation of my parents who used them years ago. Very happy with quote. Install went to plan, lovely people, very professional. Would highly recommend.

Would not necessarily agree with the last comment, we had stunning service. Slight delay in appointment time but not negative; we were told they would be busy and we found it was merely as they were popular, they did well to fit in with our schedule and theirs. We had a competitive quotation and we were totally happy with the delivery, speed and final installation by the fitters who were in and out the same morning. They even tidied up after themselves, Superb! Definite Recommend from us, my wife and I had a follow up call too, ringing to check we were happy with the working order and settings!

My mum needed help to work, her heat pump remote. Which might I had wasn't purchased at the shop. The lady had no problem at all showing her what to do etc, customer service was exceptional.

We hired Varcoe to install a central heating and ventilation solution to retrofit into our new house, and I will absolutely recommend them to anyone. The whole team, including the managing director Tim, was a pleasure to deal with and they showed a high level of professionalism in every step of the process: from quoting, solution proposal and installation to the final inspection. Kenneth, who is part of the sales team, does not work on a commission basis, and not only quickly and accurately understood our needs but was also very mindful of us getting the best value for our money without compromising the quality and/or undersizing the unit that we needed for our property. The solution proposed was price competitive with other companies that I requested quotes from. Also equally important was that Varcoe's lead time was 1 week, whilst the earliest lead time I could get from the other company was a month. Moreover, during the installation process the team in charge was great to deal with, very respectful with us and caring for our property, and proactively involved us in the decision processes as it was required. We recently had a heatpump installed in our house recently renovated, the technician that installed the heat pump completed our job in a professional fashion. I was onsite during the entire installation and the technician regularly liased with me to make sure I was happy with everthing he was doing. Varcoe provided a great service and a perfect product at the end of the installation.
