Excellent. Mark came in, gave us an incredibly competitive quote, and then he and his team got the job done in 2days. Friendly bunch of chaps that kept us up-to-date and we're exceptionally considerate given that one of us were working from home. I have no hesitation recommending Future Air as a supplier and fitter of the Fujitsu ducted heat pump on their customer service, quality of workmanship and exceptional price. Great job!

Jeremy and his team in Wellington did an excellent job supplying and installing our ducted system. We had some specific needs which they catered to. Everyone was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them as they went above and beyond.

This is the second home we have used Mark to install heatpumps. Mark (manager) and Mark (installer) were both brilliant. Mark and his colleague worked a very long day and didn't take any breaks so that they could finish the job in one day. As with all projects the job was not straightforward and the team worked together for find the best solution for us. We are delighted with the result and the heatpumps specified are working beautifully. Would recommend this team to anyone looking to put a heatpump in.
