Outstanding service! Have and always been using HF, I am very pleased for my recent Heat-Pump installation. I don't quiet remember the name of the contractor that I had but he was Brilliant!!! It was a rainy day while installing it and the man had no complaints of being in the outdoor sorting the external fan, he did a wonderful job. Thank you HF team for a Happy Experience!!! The team at heat force recognised the urgency of getting this heat pump installed as it was based on medical grounds. They quoted on a Monday and within 7 days it was installed. For this I was so thankful and appreciative. The guys that installed it were friendly, helpful and engaging. Good blokes. It was a pleasure to have them around.

What a pleasure it is to deal with a company that is friendly and efficient from the start with a call to Leanna to set up a annual service to the Tech Damian to do the servicing. This is the 2nd time Damian has serviced our unit and always impressed by his dedication to the job and going the extra mile in making sure the unit is running as expected. Fantastic service. Heatpump stopped working on Sunday, I called up Heatforce on Monday and spoke to the lovely Leanna who arranged for the technician Ian to come out the next day, Ian quickly found the issue and called the manufacturer and confirmed it was still under warranty and arranged for the new part to be sent down the very next day, they then booked me in to have it repaired on Thursday morning, Would definitely use these guys again and can't recommend them enough :)

Heatforce removed and re-fitted heat pump external unit while we had work going on, after the re-fit we had a few issues which where not entirely down to them. Hamish was great, he sent engineer out 3 times to sort the draining problems and despite my offer to share the costs he wouldn't charge me. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Thank you Hamish.

We contacted Heat force to repair our heatpump. Heat Force were extremely helpful and quick in contacting us with a quote. A young man called Frikki called out to do the repair. He was extremely competent and friendly. He pointed out that the heat pump had never been installed properly by another company 8 years ago and promptly fixed it to the wall properly. We were so happy with the repair and company we would always make them our first contact for any future work.

My service technician, Frikkie, rung and advised he could be at my place in 10 minutes - 2.5 hours earlier than scheduled which was great! He was considerate where he parked so we could still move our cars rather than park behind them (back section property). Very polite and asked questions re what the heat pump was doing. Did a very efficient job and even offered to help move my furniture back in place afterwards. He even went out of his way to advise me on an electrical issue with a wee fridge freezer unit i had that wasn't working properly, as he was a repair technician as well. So cant speak highly enough of Frikkie and the whole process from initial phone call to the lovely office lady. Will definitely recommend and use next year.

We have had a great experience with Heat Force! They put a ducted heat pump system and fresh air exchange unit into our new build. They were amongst the most professional tradies on the site. The whole process from quoting, to install and commissioning was so easy, and they were always really pleasant to deal with. They were flexible and worked in really well with our builder too! I don't have anything negative to say at all. Building is stressful, but they took the stress out of our heating solution. I have to say I'm absolutely amazed at the ducted heat pump solution we got. I wouldn't go any other way now for a new house. The room vents are inobtrusive and super quiet!! The control panel is amazing, and we typically keep the house at a constant 23 degrees 24/7 now :-) With this system, and the other modern building materials, we are saving $10 a day compared to the 12 year old house we left behind. I couldn't be happier and would be prepared to make these comments in person to anyone considering the Heat Force team.

Installed Panasonic Floor console in the Lounge room , very happy (good addition to the existing high wall heat pump in the Dining room) and the Mitsubishi Ducted heat pump for bedrooms ( quiet, neat and cosy).
