Great service from these guys. While initially the service desk got the appointment days wrong, it all worked out perfectly due to the engineer that came out. He spotted the problem, provided a quote to upgrade & the system was running within 5 days! Legend! Thanks for the support.

My first contact with this company was, was by phone when I booked for a maintenence service. Polite conversation ith the receptionist and follow up e mail of appointment. Service person arrived as arranged and the work was carried out quickly and to a high standard.

We had a little issue with our HRV unit. Once the technician arrived, it wasn't long before he was able to diagnose and rectify the issue. Back to normal doing what the unit does best! The technician was super friendly, clean and called ahead to confirm his ETA to our house.

Thank you to HRV. We had the system for years in previous home so took it for granted. Our new home has excellent insulation but the windows were running every morning. We had HRV fitted yesterday and this morning we are bone dry. Fantastic system.

Excellent service and follow up - filter replacement occurs every two years. Thankfully I don't have to remember as I receive a follow-up call. The technician arrived bang on time, was very professional and polite. Job done in under 10 mins!! Nice one, HRV!!

I phoned as we were due a service (they'd phoned a couple of weeks earlier) and one heatpumps began having issues. 2 days later there was a heatpump specialist here to service our heat pumps, and an hrv specialist scheduled for the week after. Quick, thorough, and polite to deal with. Thanks heaps.

Great service friendly staff and a great product. Since HRV was installed I've never had mold or wet windows and my windows were always very wet in the mornings you couldn't see out of them. But the last 4 years no water no mold and a healthy home.

I am personally not very aware of what some of "those things" acally are BUT they fitted the HRV system which keeps our "old style home" warm in Winter and cool in Summer... our drinking water was YUK when we first moved in BUT HRV fitted a water filter, which almost immediately meant we could DRINK the water from our Tap... They have responded to our calls, very promptly and every staff member we have met has been both professional and lovely

HRV works great in my 2 story house with aluminum single glazed windows (built 1999), made a massive difference and no condensation on the windows anymore!! I also have the vortex fan in the bathroom with a timer which helps to clear up the moisture in there too. Had a few issues with summer kit but was sorted out. Great product and good local people that will go the extra mile.

We have a bit of a difficult ceiling hatch to fit into and the first tech couldn't quite fit. A second tech was sent out shortly after and completed the work no problem

Still loving our HRV after installing it six and a half years ago. No crying windows, ever! Husband is an asthma sufferer & has definitely been of benefit to him. Clean air constant temperature, wouldn't change it.

I purchased HRV last year and also purchased the Summer Kit. The HRV during winter worked great no complaints at all, the summer kit however is just a waste of money it only works at night when of course it is cooler outside. I would really like the Summer Kit removed and money refunded so I can put towards purchasing a Heat Pump that does work cooling the house during the day. I cannot thank the HRV Hamilton team enough. They acted upon my comments regarding the Summer Kit promptly an I am now a very happy HRV customer. Looking forward to warm winter nights and cooler summer days. Once again thank you Grant and team.

The system itself is good. It is now some 10 years since we had HRV installed in our home. the installation was done by young workmen. We continue to find evidence of poor workmanship even now. Today we are trying to repair a vent which only had 2 screw into plaster and fell off the ceiling. Years earlier one of the fan units fell off the rafters due to it having been suspended on a plastic strap which perished in the ceiling heat.
