This company i have used on about 6 or so separate occasions for heat pump installation. Without exception i have found the service to be excellent. From my initial dealings from phone contact with receptionist , the quoting and follow up and then installation without exception it has been handled in a very professional and easy manner by all the various people I have no hesitation in recommending this company and its people to anyone and would comment this is the best company i have ever had to deal with on a personal basis.

I have recently contracted HVACI on two separate occasions now. Once to install a Heat Pump and then to complete the installation of a Stove Rangehood including a ducting system both in my rental property in Tauranga in order to meet the current "Healthy Homes" legislation. I found that communication, which had to be made by phone and email only, was fast, friendly and efficient. The work carried out by the Technicians for the Heat Pump was faultless and has been inspected by myself and the proper Healthy Homes authority and has passed all requirements with flying colours. As the Rangehood was only installed this week I have yet to see it for myself but have no doubts that it will be another perfect job done. My sincere thanks goes to the HVACI Team of Jarrad, Lauren, Ancy and the Technicians for making my experience of conducting business with them such a pleasure. I am sure that i can say the same for my Tenant and Property Manager. Please give yourselves a pat on the back for a job well done and excellent Customer Service.
