Steve Holloway, customer sales lead, is excellent: has high technical knowledge, focuses on your home not a rote solution, immediate follow-up to Qs, visited four months after installation to check everything OK. All installation work was done on due date, fast and by good people. Underfloor insulation was very accurate, no missed spaces.
