Very happy with the service. Got a phone call from LG in regards to a recall and a part on the TV required a replacement. Halons’s team member called to arrange a time then a technician popped in and changed the part over. Job was done quickly.

The two techs came to my boat promptly and did a very good job clearing the blocked air duct and helped clean the fridge. More important, they explained how I can avoid the problem in the future.

Very prompt communication and fixed the washing machine issue in a few days where other places were claiming it would be a week before they could look at it. Recommend.

Had problem with TV and came same day to take away TV, diagnosed and advised problem, cost next day. Delivered TV back today and all working fine, great service and kept me well informed. Highly recommended.

Great service - they phoned me very shortly after receiving the contact form I lodged through their website. They told me upfront how their cost structure worked. They came and retrieved our dead TV, diagnosed the problem, gave us a price to fix it, and returned and reinstalled the fixed tv all in under a week. The longest part of the process was waiting for the new component to arrive. Would definitely use Hanlons again - they make repairs easy and stress-free.

Hanlons replaced a power board on my LG OLED TV today as LG had identified a potential problem. From LG sending them the order, to replacing the board on site took just three working days. The guys were careful (it’s a big set), friendly and professional. Would definitely use their other services.

Came to Martinborough to fix my LG TV. Marcelas was friendly and professional . He also found a problem with my printer which was certainly appreciated. Well done and highly recommended.

Hi, My Samsung TV was down after the call with Samsung customer service they came down within a day and got the problem sorted with PCB replacement and TV back in my home within 48 hours. They were quite quick and professional and responsive. Also they set up my Sony music system to talk with Samsung TV. Excellent service and highly recommend them. A++++++++++++++++

Impressed with the service I received from Davinder & Shabesh (very responsive, friendly and informative). I had explained the problem with the TV and they advised I may need a new motherboard or it could be the remote. TV was repaired and delivered back as requested. I was very impressed with the service I received from Shabesh and Davinder. They called me today about an issue with my TV and were able to see me straight away. They were very friendly and kind. I had explained the problem with the TV and they answered all my questions. They reset my TV and helped me to set this up again, now I can access apps on my TV without seeing the no internet connection message. I am extremely happy they had come and were able to fix the problem. I’m so grateful and appreciative of their help. Thank you to them both.

Fantastic service and unbelievably quick. (Petone store) Called through to make a claim Thursday morning, TV was picked up, repaired and returned all within 24 hours. No mucking around at all. Definitely recommend these guys, was kept informed and up to date at all times 😁

Our Samsung TV needed repair. Hanlon's came the same day as I called them. The two guys were professional and friendly - handled the TV with care when they took it away. Hanlon's helped me through the process of getting Samsung to consider paying for the repair and once that was agreed Hanlon's were prompt at repairing the TV. The whole process was stress free and prompt - the TV was only gone for three working days. Two thumbs up for Hanlon Tisco :-)

The Tisco techo team are great particularly the two young men who picked-up and returned my tv. My tv is functioning perfectly and at all time the Tisco team were efficient, courtesy and very helpful. thank you :-)

They replaced a part in a TV with no fuss. I rang in the morning and it was done by midday the same day.
