I cannot recommend Pipeline Central Heating highly enough - they made this huge task seem effortless from beginning to end! I thank you all for an amazing journey - My home is so warm, dry and cozy! The Pipeline Team were friendly, professional and thorough from our first query to the final installation. We are so thrilled with our radiators and living in a warm house finally! Fantastic solution for an old villa. Can absolutely recommend Pipeline for product, installation and service.

From the first time I got in touch with Pipeline to discuss installing central heating back in 2013 or so, they've been fantastic to work with. Gaven visits once a year to check everything is working and make adjustments where needed to the boiler and radiators, and in between, I barely need to give the heating a thought - besides being very happy on a daily basis to live in a warm, dry home. I would highly recommend Pipeline - they're friendly and reliable. You won't regret it.

We recently used Pipeline for a central heating and hot water installation. After living in the UK we knew the benefits of central heating. From first contact with Carl through to installation with Zac, Casey and team the whole process was so easy. The whole team were so friendly and helpful. The installation team worked so hard, were so tidy, and just a genuinely nice team to have around! We are so pleased with the install, the radiators look great and we are delighted to have gas heated hot water and a greatly improved shower (instead of a little trickle previously)! Pipeline also came to our rescue just after new year at very short notice to install a gas boiler in our little on site flat after a leaking hot water cylinder. 24 hours from quote to install! Not all superheroes wear capes! 💫 I would (and have) recommend Pipeline Central Heating to anyone thinking about it!

I obtained two quotes for radiator central heating in mid 2018. There wasn't much in it price-wise between the two, but they were poles apart as far as presentation and professionalism is concerned. One was very obviously prepared by a plumber, whilst the other (Pipeline's) was clearly put together by someone dedicated to the task. Pipeline emailed their quote and followed up the next day with a courier pack hard copy and product brochures. Their opposition emailed a quote that contained errors and the attachments were difficult to read. Making such a significant investment comes down to having confidence in the provider, and from the outset Pipeline gave my wife and I complete peace of mind that they were up to the task. The installation was done in October 2018. Floors were covered in drop sheets and footwear came off except when required for safety reasons. Staff were great, courteous and friendly. Pipes were run internally out of sight and the whole install went like clockwork with minimum disruption. I recommended Pipeline to a friend who used them to centrally heat his home and he had a similar no hassle experience as we did. I am happy to recommend Pipeline to others. they are by far and away the most professional customer focused company I have ever dealt with

Carl and the Team at Pipeline are without doubt the best people to call if you are looking to enjoy the benefits of gas central heating in the Wellington Region. Their overall knowledge of central heating systems coupled with excellent customer service ensures that they design, install and maintain a system that is right for you and your circumstances and that you will be enjoying for many years to come. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Don't suffer with the usual sub-standard heating systems options offered in NZ. Give them a call if you have ever considered upgrading to gas central heating; you won't be disappointed!!

Pipeline Central Heating have impressed us with their attention to detail, professional polite staff and their total commitment to customer service. Right from the beginning when Cam came to do the measure and quote, everything was handled in a timely and professional way. The advice they offered was excellent and all the work was completed on time. The team were so easy to have around, they even cleaned and mopped the floors ahead of my return on the day of completion! We are 100% happy with the boiler and radiator system that has totally transformed our big old house, we can’t believe the difference it has made and how economical it is to run. We would highly recommend Pipeline as a great little company with great people, processes and product.

We used Pipeline to install our gas central heating in June 2017 and we couldn't have asked for better service. Prior to the installation the Pipeline team gave us all the detail we needed, and worked out the heater sizes that we'd need in each room (which were all spot on). During the install the workers were lovely, they kept everything tidy, and they were happy to explain everything that they were doing to my very curious 3 year old. We couldn't be happier with our central heating - we are actually looking forward to winter this year so that we can enjoy our wonderful warm house! Would happily recommend pipeline to anyone!

When we first moved into our property we didn't know who to contact to help us with our central heating. After scrolling through facebook up popped Pipeline Central Heating so we gave them a call. The whole Pipeline team and every experience we've ever had with them has been fantastic! Gaven certainly knows his stuff and after a few issues with our old boiler suggested looking at an upgrade. The whole process was simple and very easy right through from receiving the quote to having the new boiler installed. Zac who completed the upgrade was fantastic. He was courteous and did a great job both installing the new boiler and cleaning up once he finished. Mel and the team in the office kept in contact and have helped make sure the whole transition was smooth and painless. Thank you Pipeline Central Heating - you have a wonderful and very professional team. I happily recommend Pipeline to others. We will continue to be long term customers of yours.

The team at Pipeline were amazing from the original quoting phase through to installation. We did a new build and Pipeline made this part of the build process very easy for us and worked well with our builder. We are used to central heating and radiators from life in the UK and are looking forward to the winter to really enjoy the product :-)

When we first approached Pipeline to discuss retrofit radiator central heating for our house, we half expected it wouldn't be possible, however Cam was fantastic at working out how it could be done. The installation team, Andy and Casey, were very friendly and professional and tidied up after themselves every day. There were a couple of hiccups along the way, but Pipeline proved how important the putting it right is, and Gaven their technical expert was fantastic at sorting any teething problems out quickly and efficiently. We love our warm home and would highly recommend the Pipeline team!

Best heating decision we ever made and so glad we chose Pipeline. Their quote was super competitive, installation was hassle-free, and ongoing yearly services are great — always done by the friendly Gavin (4 years and counting!) Would definitely recommend these guys.

Fantastic service all around! Staff were great to deal with from original quote to office staff to the installation people. Everyone was so helpful and considerate. Best decision ever made was to go with central heating and the team at Pipeline. They where very professional and explained everything along the way. Always ontime and left the place clean. If your after a warm dry home thats a joy to walk into then look no further the Pipeline.

The team at Pipeline are great to work with,. The communicate very well indeed,. We have found their staff great and have excellent knowledge/skill levels, (particularly of our very old radiators in our 100 year old house). Gaven has just fitted a new gas boiler for us. I would recommend them to anyone.

We've been really happy with the Pipeline service. Ours is a 1910 villa, and we went with the "old style" radiators they suggested (DeLonghi Multicolona). They are really fantastic and are actually a feature now, rather than just something that needs to be there. The install was difficult, since our underfloor is pretty limited in places. But, Pipeline handled it really well and the install is neat&tidy underneath!! (Yes, I checked)

Pipeline installed our radiators - super easy to deal with, did a beautiful job and even found a pre-existing leak and arranged for it to be repaired for an additional charge. It’s such a pleasure to come home to our warm dry home.

This company and its team are awesome. Prompt, efficient, no mess on departure, daily progress reports and just cool guys. The piece de resistance is the product - 4 years of cold and expensive heating bills to bliss, warmth and healthy environment for the very first time.
