Awesome stay here. Close to town and beautiful clean, new studio. Great bathroom with very cool shower. Kitchen really well set up. Has everything you need, only wish we could have stayed longer. Great pool area, perfect temperature pool and great loungers. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend

Very clean and tidy. Nice pool, good temp for a hot day cool off. Staff were friendly about our late check-in. Pretty sure we had our towels changed daily which was nice but I would have liked to see a more environmentally friendly option. Overall highly recommend

Super friendly staff went out of their way to let us store our bikes in their garage and leave our car with them while we did 4 day able tasman walk. I won't stay anywhere else when I'm in Nelson. Great location too, easy strole to restraunts etc. Well appointed rooms, very modern.

Could not fault Delorenzos at all! Beautiful clean spacious room, comfortable bed, amazing spa bath..the room had everything I needed. Staff were lovely on check in. Peaceful and relaxing break away. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Fine living with everything I needed; in appt laundry (washing and drying machines), stovetop, ample cuttlery and cookng gear, comfy bed, great shower, clean and spacious.

Always stay here when we go to Nelson. So convenient...couple of minutes walk to town and restaurants. Spotlessly clean. Friendly and accommodating management

Place was very nice and clean. Super friendly and helpful staff had us booked and king bed swapped to two single beds even though we booked last minute and were arriving within an hour and a half of us booking. Features everything you may need, bedroom/living room with an attached kitchenette and separate bathroom featuring a spa shower which was much appreciated after 8 hours of driving, even has a washer and drier if needed. Dispensers in the bathroom provide hand wash, hand lotion and of course shampoo and conditioner. With one set of dispensers being located by the sink allowing access to Hand / body wash to use as soap, and hand / body moisturiser for those who have dry hands or skins. With the set in the shower having Shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. These are much better than the tiny bottles most places provide as you don't have to worry about using it all before the next person. They also have an outdoor heated (heat to about 30c I believe) pool for use by guests during there stay, unfortunately I was not able to use it however it looks nice with several pool chairs for lounging around in that amazing Nelson sun. Also has a wee waterfall feature that helps add to the nice look of the pool. Rooms also include a TV with sky which does also have sky movies. Free WiFi as well was included, although I couldn't get a chrome cast working on their WiFi the sky movies channel mitigated this. We had a side table each with a lamp that has two USB ports on it meaning you can take just your cable and not have to worry about a wall plug which can easily be lost or forgotten, especially if you're like me and 10am is considered too early to be fully switched on! Overall for about the $110 we paid for two people for one night I am impressed and would definitely choose to stay again if I travel up there again!

My partner and I stayed at the studio apartments and it was top notch. Comfortable bed, spacious, enough towels, decent coffee and even had a washing machine and dryer in the room. Excellent and if I'm back in nelson this is where I will be staying. There was a shower over spa bath which was also lovely.

Staff were awesome and very accommodating of us and our large group! Thank you for putting up with the 43 of us! Lovely Hotel with great amenities, we especially loved the fridge with the ice maker in ours.

First time staying here and definitely won't be the last. The room was spotlessly clean, well appointed, and quiet. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was fantastic. The pool is an added bonus and was a great place to go after a long hot day of walking around Nelson.

Beautifully tidy and spaced rooms, lovely balcony. Spa bath had really good jets and the private washer/dryer in room was an unexpected bonus. Lovely reception also, would recommend also probably one of the the best price points in Nelson.

We stayed here while visiting Nelson. They are in an ideal location and have everything a traveler needs, comfortable bed, nice TV and great walks for people who like to walk. Very close to shops and central Nelson. If we are in Nelson again we will definitely be back. An enjoyable place to stay.

Good location as its a walk from town. However the room was small, we now realize 'studio' means tiny! We had 2 additional doors in a weird hallway coming off our room which led to our bathroom which made us nervous, but no unwelcome visitors, thank god. The bathroom floor was wet & had hair on it on arrival. Sadly disappointing. Staff were lovely.

Beautiful place to stay absolutely everything you need to make it feel like home.

Loved the rooms, the service and the overall stay. Extra large rooms, wonderful beds and oh the nespresso coffee machine (with constant supply of coffee pods). ❤❤❤ The spa bath, the pools all a lovely bonus as was the washing machine and dryer. We will definitely be back again and again.

Stayed here 2 nights and absolutely loved it and most definitely recommend. Rooms are clean and well equipped and above all, customer service was superb. Everything from shops, food, bars, etc. are walking distance. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Highly recommend this hotel in Nelson. The rooms were large and well appointed. We had been on the road awhile and took advantage of the free in room washer and dryer. A good extra large bed too. The pool was clean and refreshing on a warm day. A big pile of towels were available poolside. The management was very helpful in recommending the Boat Shed for dinner, if you have a chance to go there.

Very highly recommended. Super friendly staff ready to welcome you, even if it's at 9pm as reception is busy closing. Super impressed the lights were on and the heat pump on filling room with warm air on a super chilly July evening. Room was immaculate and had everything you might need, including capsule coffee and milk for the frother, and various tea options. Washer and dryer and huge comfy bed. Thank you will be back on next trip to Nelson

Great service and friendly staff. Clean and tidy rooms

Highly recommend this accommodation to anybody. Even though we stayed our last night from this establishment, we had great customer service, our room was immaculate fresh modern clean and exactly had everything what we needed. The staff went above and beyond to getting our dinner as we used the phone order take out service for dinner and the meal was delivered to our room with the exact order we ordered hot and fresh and yummy to eat! Was very impressed 😊 We would definitely be keen to be staying here again in future!!

Awesome apartments, they've thought of every little detail right down to the underfloor heating and spa bath. I would stay here without hesitation again.

Best value for money great apartments. Clean and tidy

Great staff, price and location. Room was clean and comfortable, well appointed and roomy. Quiet but close to everything. Bed was A+ for comfort, loved the executive pair of chairs for watching TV (Hint: recline them and then push back using the armrests, took us a few hours before we realised we could lay back further - super comfy). Will be booking direct here on our next visit without a doubt.

Nicest place we have stayed on our trip. Spent 5 nights here. Super clean, wonderful staff and all facilities excellent. Large suite, separate kitchen and bathroom all well stocked and organized. Ac worked well and was quiet. Great location, 5 min walk to center of town.

Stayed for one night. I arrived Christmas Eve, so almost all stores were off in that area. I should solve my meal problem with McDonald and really had no places to go. But Sandra(hostess) recommended some places to eat/visit. She even told me that if I want to cook something, just bring some foods from her fridge. She was one of the best hostess I have ever met. The room was well organized, well equipped and comfortable. Located near city center, very convenient for looking around and shopping. Overall, very affordable price, extremely friendly staff, clean&comfortable room, great location. I couldn't think of anywhere else to stay but here my next visit to Nelson.

Great great place to stay! We stayed for a night and loved it. Lovely service at the counter, the room was just amazing. Everything in the room is 'hi-tech' (even the shower). Will definitely come back and I highly recommend that you only stay here when you in Nelson.

This has to be one of the nicest motels I have ever stayed in. The room was beautifully presented, so clean with everything you would need provided. I literally felt our room was of a one bedroom apartment home standard, with washing machine, dryer, 3 spa jet shower heads, coffee Nespresso machine, full size kitchen, full range of coffee and teas. Beautiful sunny room. Lovely location for families with a pool for children. Mobility friendly unit. Friendly staff. A 2 minute flat work to the CBD or a 15 minute flat walk to the Marina area, which had a lovely restaurant. Definitely would want to stay here again.

Very nice motel, rooms are clean and located at the edge of town centres with all places at walking distance, we have stayed there twice now since 2018 and standard has been same. Bathrooms are high specs but bathing tubs although very high quality are small for a large person as lots have been crammed.

Excellent accommodation! Modern, warm and full of features I wasn't expecting. I knew about the spa bath but Nespresso machine, dishwasher and washer/dryer are just an amazing surprise. Comfy beds, quiet environment and a block away from Central Nelson. Loved it, will definitely choose here next time I am in Nelson

I stayed there on the 8th April 2020. Very stylish rooms and very clean. Owners were very nice people. I highly recommend this place and will stay there again next time I am in Nelson.

We got a last minute price and had a great stay. Apartment numbers 20 upwards are in a new block and are excellent. Great job on check inthanks to the lovely host. Right on the edge of town so an easy walk to the main centre. I thought it was very good value for money.

A great choice to stay in Nelson. Rooms are much larger and nicer than I would have expected for the price. There is free in-room laundry, which is helpful if you are on a long trip.

Wow, did we enjoy this place or what Everything you could need inside including bottle opener. There's a full kitchen with a stovetop, dishwasher and fridge-and all are top of the line appliances. Lovely lady at reception upgraded us to a spa bath room. Location is convenient to shops and town centre. The prices were excellent.

THese are great apartments. Clean tidy and modern. There is every modern convenience you could want and heat pump was very useful through the cold nights. Just a short lovely stroll to the city. Staff and Management where very polite and helpful.. Will definately stay next time when in town.

Very well appointed Apartments. Everything presented well spotlessly clean Walking distance to town. Very comfortable bed.

Great apartments. Included our own laundry and kitchen. Couldn't ask for another thing, with the exception of two things ... Medium pillows, rather than hard and soft would have been easier to rest on. Lastly, bed was a bit too hard for our old bones. Wound up using a couple of doonas to soften the hips. :-) Still worth 5 stars, due to the room layout and facilities.

We had a ground room by the pool, was a bright and sunny location that was roomy and very clean. The Apartments are at the bottom end of the main street and an easy walk to restaurants or for that matter Supermarkets. All of this at a reasonable price. We can highly recommend this motel.

Great place to stay. Close to town, supermarket and iSite. Great little kitchenette and kitchen utensils. Was perfect for us post tramping in the Nelson Lakes. Our apartment had a spa, shower and balcony. So relaxing!

I booked online and the next day I got a warm call to confirm my arrival time so that everything would be ready for me if I arrived earlier in the day. Any staff members we had contact with were very welcoming and a pleasure to speak to. The room was well organized, well equipped and comfortable.

Quiet location even though it is near a road. Having been expecting hotel rooms we were delighted to discover that the accommodation consisted of a fully equipped apartment. The positioning of the spout over the spa bath was such that you are banging your leg against it when trying to shower.

Room was ok. Facility is not 5☆ though. Bathroom very small. Linen (towels ) very poor condition. If you choose to use all shower heads then you easily flood the bathroom. Good location.

Not fancy but super comfortable and friendly with great amenities (coffee, tea, biscuits provided, iron, washing machine in room). Great location, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

I didn't regret booking this appartment and it proof to be stunning and breathtaking. I love the spa bath and then I found out it includes washing machine n dryer as well. Wow...pleasant surprise.

Said it had a pool but wasnt allowed to use it. I was under the impression they had two beds in the rooms but did not. They were fully booked so couldnt change rooms but didnt offer a cot. Nice but i would look at other options next time

We had a vacation here for Abel Tasman Coast track. We spent 3 nights at Delorenzos studio apartment right after our trekking. An executive one-bedroom suite was what we chose, which was a big room with a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen ( a toaster, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, stoves, a dish washer), a living room with a large sofa bed and a bathroom. They provided a laundry machine and a dryer in this room too. Very comfortable bed. We liked a shower here. It could project the water stream in several directions at the same time. If we will get back to Nelson again, here is where we will stay.

Tidy room and a great pool. Staff are friendly. However no sink to clean mugs and cigarette tray was full of butts.

Have stayed a few things now. Best place to stay in Nelson. Even have robes in all rooms and under floor heating. Replaced our towels daily.

If u can book direct and go for the superior suite no 17 or similar. Excellent rooms and service. We stay every time we go to Nelson. Highly recommended

It was an enjoyable experience being so close to the centre of town and the stadium. The apartment was nice with a comftorbly sized bathroom and bedroom.
