Finally put a ventilation system in after years of wiping condensation off the bedroom windows each morning during winter. Better Vent system made such a difference from the first night it was installed. The house feels much dryer and healthier and the unit is so quiet we forget it's there. We also asked them to put an extractor fan in the bathroom and an external vent for the dryer which they did the same day. Something wasn't quite right with our system initially due to the peculiarities of our house. When I let Joe know he came back to diagnose the problem and make adjustments, then followed up and returned again to make sure it was working 100% right. Fantastic after-sales service. Condensation is gone. Wish we’d installed one years ago. Great product, great price. Glad we went with Better Vent instead of the established players with more expensive systems.

We had our Better Vent installed last week - prior to that our home was extremely wet, with huge droplets of condensation on the windows every day. Since the installation, we had one day of minimal condensation and NO condensation other days. The house also feels much warmer. Joe was so helpful, even responding to me outside working hours and the team that came to install extremely helpful and efficient. On top of the amazing customer service and quality vent system, this was $1200 CHEAPER than the next cheapest system - I’m so glad I shopped around. We are so grateful and happy. First time coming back into the house I could feel something was different in the air in a good way. It was a cold day and there was no need for heater, even with single glaze joinery, kept an even temperature with no need for buttons or controls. Then in the morning, zero condensation, awesome product, great price.

We have just had Better Vent Installed and since then we have had no condensation! Joe has been super helpful throughout the whole process and the installers were quick and efficient. We have used other Ventilation systems in the past and have found Better Vent just as good if not better and it is half the price. Would totally recommend!

Joe was a pleasure to deal with. Prompt and professional responses. Also followed up after a short duration after install to check if we were satisfied and had no issues. During install his team was very polite, and considerate about making noise. Once they had finished the installation they also gave information about the roof space, like how and where our fans were ducted in the ceiling, and advised how the unit operates. Our home was left tidy as they did a great job cleaning up, also left no marks around the fittings. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great deal and quality install.

I have a rental property & my tenant was complaining about condensation on the windows. She had a dehumidifier which she had to empty constantly & also said she would soak a towel wiping down windows in the morning. We couldn't find the reason for the condensation so decided to have a Better Vent installed to see if that would fix the problem. OMG! What a difference! The condensation has disappeared completely & my tenant is very happy. I'm so impressed I will be installing them in my other rentals. Better Vent is by far the best value for money & Joe is very easy to deal with, plus you don't have to muck around getting your own electrician to install a power point in the ceiling - it's all part of the price!

I emailed for a quote, got a prompt response and booked within a week. The end product looks great and the vents and were positioned nicely out of of the way in the roof space. Really great job. We had a room with no ceiling space so vent is wall mounted through adjacent cupboards and was no drama at all.

Its been 2 weeks since i had it installed. Pretty quiet. Getting hold of joe was a bit hassel but was worth it. He did provided me with compliance certificate. Now just have to wait for winter to come.
