R.Clean..good amenities. Very nice owners. They warned us that we were getting the last room and that there would be road traffic noise...omg !not an understatement. Who knew that trucks are constant all night long. Not alot of sleep was had.
I.Great motel. We stayed in suite 7, upstairs, facing away from the highway, so nice and quiet, with lovely views across the fields.
The room was well appointed, clean, tidy.
Free WiFi was pretty zippy as well.
Nothing to wings about 10/10 would stay there again.
The proprietor was a nice bloke who had a nice conversation with my wife.
N.Rooms very clean, spacious, comfy and had everything we needed. Rooms actually looked like the photos online. The guy at reception very kind and good to talk too. Love that the motel was close to town and everything. Recomend this place to anyone going through King Country.
S.5 stars are not even sufficient. 10 stars would be more appropriate. The owners John and Jenny have thought of ever need and some more than that. Even a picky, cleanliness freak and super organized person wouldn't find a fault to pick. Cozy and comfortable rooms. Enough parking. Super clean rooms and stuff. Convenient location for any person wanting to visit Waitomo. Must stay place when around this area.

M.Great hotel and the owner Dean is super nice and fun to talk to. He gives you coffee, a cookie, tea, and the room is super nice and well maintained. Wifi password is actually on the wall in the room (more places need to do this) so you don't have to ask for it.

S.Nice motel on the edge of center of town. Our unit was clean and can sleep 5. There were microwave, frig, electric stove, pots and pans, and utensils. The only negative thing was that you can hear everything happening upstairs.
A.Had room 8. Wasn't that clean. Bit over priced at $140 for just a roof over head but needed the lodgings with motels full up. Had a good rest tho with AC on and room fan on.
T.Great little pad. Modern, awesome shower pressure! Wife had a great sleep which is 👌 friendly reception and nothing was an issue 👍

Tolles Hotel mit schönen Zimmern und sehr nettem Personal. Es riecht halt etwas nach Schwefel aber das ist in der ganzen Stadt so. Das sollte einem allerdings bewusst sein, falls man in der Gegend übernachten möchte.
