D.NZ Heat Pumps Auckland installed a zoning system (which included installing new motorised dampers to the existing system) for our existing Toshiba Ducted Heating/Cooling system. The level of customer service provided was excellent, with great communication throughout the process. The guys doing the work turned up when they said they would, were friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job. I wish that all companies were operated this efficiently and with as much focus on providing a positive customer experience in all aspects of the service, as that provided by NZ Heat Pumps Auckland. Should I need a heat pump system in the future these guys will absolutely be my first call.
T.NZ Heat Pumps was the 3rd company I got a heat pump quote from. From the initial contact with Stephanie to the fast and efficient install by Josh and Cam the experience was excellent.
I chose NZHP over the competition initially because their customer contact skills / comms were excellent giving me confidence they were focused on me as a customer and totally organised.
I am so pleased I did because they went the extra mile to run the power under the house in a really tight crawl space when I expected them to run exposed conduit that the other two suppliers had quoted.
The fact they were the most competitive on price was a bonus.
NZHP is an excellent example of a customer-focused business. Well done.
M.Great job from the team at NZ Heat Pumps from consultation to installation. Scott came along for the initial consult and gave me a bunch of different quotes to look at. I did some research and had a lot of questions which he answered with ease that evening via email (with numbers to back up his answers :P). I actually had a few different quotes and NZ Heat Pumps came in lower by $600 for the same heat pump (Fujistsu 6KW e3 Classic) and the same installation !
For the installation they turned up right on time and managed to get everything done in about 2.5 hours, they installed a condensation pump which they did some tests on before giving the go ahead. They cleaned up and even made me aware of a dodgy light plug that could have been really dangerous.
All in all, great job by these guys and I highly recommend them.

They were the fastest to respond for quotes, the most cost competitive and did not try sell you something you did not need. When it came to installation they were very quick, tidy and considerate and consulted with us on placement of items which was great as we just renovated so hiding pipe work etc was important. The unit sizing was spot on and now our home is perfect. We had a ducted system installed upstairs and a high wall installed downstairs. Thoroughly recommend this team. We also had quotes from EES, Varco and Oxy Air and they were way off the mark compared to NZ Heat Pumps.

These guys were recommended to us, and I can see why! Communication was awesome and so accommodating (really made it easy), the whole team were brilliant, and the installation was a TOTAL BREEZE. We LOVE our new heat pump - it's powerful, somehow actually looks good, and the whole process was super easy.
As new homeowners, we're pretty wary of getting ripped off and something costing us a fortune, but you're in really safe hands with New Zealand Heat Pumps. I'll be raving about them for years to come.

Josh came over for a consultation and was extremely knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had.
I had 3 different quotes done on the same day and NZ Heat Pumps came in with the best price by far, and even for a bigger better heat pump.
A few days later Josh and Scott came over for installation, drop sheets were laid, everything was perfectly installed, all the mess was vacuumed and taken away in just over an hour.
Scott even called out to me saying "I've put your cupboard door back on" (it had fallen off it's hinges and I'd left it on the floor in the garage) now that's what I call going the extra mile!!
The boys came with a great sense of humour, were diligent and precise.
I would definitely highly recommend these guys to anyone looking at investing in a heat pump, and to get them over for a consult and experience what great service and quality really is!!

The construction of the house presented some awkward challenges and Scott, Josh, and the team designed and installed an expertly engineered and highly efficient, ducted solution with minimal disruption. A standout recommendation was the zone controller that interfaces flawlessly with the brand heat pump and allows the setting of different temperatures in different rooms. This is a really desirable feature that, thanks to the excellent controller and software app, is also very easy to use.
The exceptional customer support is designed to be proactive and is managed impeccably by Stephanie who keeps the all-important supplier-client communication running smoothly.
