Look no further. The team from Flow Plumbing are professional, respectful and did an outstanding job. Even my hard to please father, (old-school carpenter) was highly impressed with the work, finishing and conduct - high praise indeed. The radiators look great, and my house is consistently warm throughout with no nasty hot or cold spots. Well worth the investment - what are you waiting for?

Simon and Michael did an awesome job retrofitting/installing the radiator system in our home. They were patient with us and completed high quality work. They also went above and beyond to clean up after themselves each day, even when we were saying this wasn't necessary. We had compared quotes from several companies and did plenty of research prior - Flow had the highest quality products, the best value for money, and then their service was impeccable. It was clear that they had a lot of respect for our home.

We have been enjoying our radiator central heating for over a week now. Chris and Holden who did the installation did a great job, they were very friendly, kept us informed of what they were doing and kept everything neat and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Flow plumbing, if you're looking at installing radiators.

Simon and the whole team at Flow Plumbing are true professionals. Simon worked through the options with us and made sure that we got the system and radiators that we were after. The team doing the installation were excellent, with real attention to detail and considered care for our home. We love our radiator heating system and the team at Flow went above and beyond to finish everything (and more) to a very high standard. I highly recommend them to install your heating system and keep you warm all winter long.

We recently moved into a new house and spent winter in what felt like an icebox. Due to dampness, we also found mould and this inspired us to sort a heating solution. We had heard about the central heating system and contacted Flow Plumbing and Heating to learn more. Simon and his team were incredible from the get go. They were honest, reliable and went out of their way to find the best solution for our old 60s style home. His team worked hard during their time here and did an outstanding job. Our home now feels like a different house! Would recommend FLOW in a heart beat.

Chris and Michael from Flow Plumbing have just finished installing central heating, with 7 radiators in my house and small apartment downstairs. Having tradespeople in your home for an extended period of time, is sometimes very stressful, but having Michael and Chris here was very easy. They were very professional, tidy and went the extra mile, by pulling up floorboards to make the job was neat & tidy. Thanks to Simon for sending me the A team. Highly recommended.

My husband and I have used multiple trade companies over 8 years and 2 houses, and Flow Plumbing were by far the best company we have ever worked with. We engaged them to install central heating into our home. The initial engagement with Simon was great, professional, and detailed. Then we were called to say they could start BEFORE the installation date scheduled. What was to be a 5 day job they did in 2.5 days. The team Michael and Chris were fantastic, professional, polite, great at communicating each step and explaining instructions, very neat and tidy, and the job has surpassed our expectations. Experienced team, and obviously well run company. Would highly recommend!

I would absolutely recommend working with Flow. The guys working on installing our radators were respectful & careful of our home & property, communicative about changes and made the effort to come back after installs were done to go over the functions again. I am super pleased about the work done. The house is now warm in every single room and so so so lovely. I am loving the Nest features and the house is always as warm as I want it before I walk in, wake up or when I'm just chilling! :) Thank you Simon for the responsive service and Michael and his boys for the great work done! Flow designed and installed radiator central heating for us in June 2020. This was one of the best decisions we’ve made. We can now use every area of the house all throughout winter - not more spot heating and avoiding areas because it’s too cold. The radiators Flow recommends/supplies provides such a nice, clean heat, it doesn’t feel like you have a “heater” in every room. The radiators are sized perfectly for each room, with a range of sizes, and ability to individually change the heat output. The install team were particularly great. Whilst install was necessarily disruptive, the team made it as easy as possible with the needs of me and my newborn. 100% recommend.

Simon and the team from Flow Plumbing and Heating recently installed a hydronic central heating system in to our home. Steve and Mason have done a great job, they were professional, respectful of our home and the work completed looks great. I would definitely recommend Flow Plumbing to anyone considering central heating. The whole process has been smooth and very professionally managed with no problems at any stage. The installation was done without any mess in the house and the finished job looks very nice and works perfectly. The components (boiler, radiators etc) are all very good quality. I am very pleased that we finally got gas central heating installed - I only wish we had done it years ago! Will be using Flow again in the future if we ever move house, but for now we wil just enjoy our toasty warm house and endless hot water this winter! I just had the system serviced after a year - there were no problems and they adjusted it to make it work even better!

Simon and his team are fantastic. They provided professional advice, supported us to have period radiators painted in a colour to match our interior, and installed them perfectly. Our house is now warm and dry. We cannot recommend Flow enough, and radiators really are a perfect heating solution for our home.

Simon, Stevie and Miceal have being exceptional from day 1. When I decide to install radiators home I got several business to come over my place to give me their opinion on how install radiators in my 1900 old house. Only Flow crew was able to immediately come with a very clear plan and show great competence in the field. Really a great team work and exception competence. Stevie and Miceal have a quite extensive experience in heating systems and radiators which is quite hard to find here in town. I really appreciated the customer care from the quote throughout the installation process, and the ability to have always a positive approach toward any request or unexpected complexity coming from the layout of the house. I have had 11 radiators, a boiler, towel rack and a vent installed in my house by Steve and Nick Flow. They each have made the process painless as possible, and clearly communicated the operating instructions for my unit. Professional, respectful and also a pleasure to have around - I'm (almost) sad the work is done! I'd definitely recommend Flow, especially Steve and Nick.

We had a central heating system installed by Simon and the team about 3 years ago, we found them very professional, reliable and courteous. They offered value for money with a great system. They have serviced it regularly and have been excellent. Highly recommend them.

We got radiators installed April last year. The guys were professional and the job was done quickly with no fuss, we even got an extra radiator added at the last minute with no problem. Would definitely recommend flow plumbing.

After obtaining 3 quotes to install heat pumps through our home, I quickly realised how obtrusive and expensive this heating option would be (to ensure the entire home be heated) so started to look elsewhere and obtained 3 quotes to install radiators throughout our home instead. Not only is it a much nicer heat (not dry), it actually cost about the same. Simon at Flow Plumbing came back swiftly and was the most cost effective (both in terms of running the system and installation). 2 home visits were arranged, and we were booked in. Stephen and Micael arrived to set things up, both friendly and hard working and within 2 days the radiators were ready to be switched on. Things were explained clearly and we can control everything from an app (or from the main control in our entrance). What a transformation to our home and the way we live - no longer are we hunkering down in one end of the house. The radiators are slick and sit neatly behind doors or furniture. Thank you Simon and the team, would highly recommend!

We had central heating radiators installed back in July this year and it has been, without a doubt, completely worth the money. Mike and Stevie (who installed the heating) were a lovely pair of guys who were always very friendly and professional and kept me up to date with how everything was going. They were also mindful of the fact that we have a baby in the house and let me know when things might get a bit noisy - good service! We recently went away for three weeks and came back to a very chilly house (having turned the heating system off). Once we put the heating back on it was great to be able to have a warm, cosy house again in a very short space of time. I would highly recommend Flow if you are considering having central heating installed!

Simon and his team (Chris & Finn) provided a fantastic service from start to finish in installing central heating radiator system for our 1937 old house. After visiting our house for initial quote inspection....Simon gave us an accurate quote with all the options that may interest us. We've accepted the quote around March 2019, and FLOW was able to book us in for the installation dates on early May 2019. Chris & Finn were tasked to install the central heating system, and they did an excellent job! During the 5 days installation period....Chris & Finn were very good at keeping me up-to-date on which part of the central heating system they were going to work on, and they were very respectful of the house. They also laid out the water pipes on 2nd floor bedrooms under the floorboards by rolling up the carpet first and strategically take out some floorboard nails to get access under the floor....which was awesome, as it meant that we didn't need to cut up any wall and deal with regibbing (some of the other quotes we got from other central heating company suggested cutting up some walls to lay out water pipes). So the end result is a clean finish with no sign of massive work done other than the beautifully finished placement of radiators underneath windows of each room...a massive job well done to Chris & Finn! Thanks to FLOW, we now have a very comfortable & cosy home that we can go back to....no matter how cold the weather turns out to be in Welly!

We've just had Flow install a complete radiator central heating system for us, and we could not be happier with the service and the product! Simon's initial visit and subsequent quote was very professional, and well informed. He measured out the entire house carefully so as to calculate the optimum heating requirements, and all subsequent communication has always been very concise and inclusive. I never felt like any of my questions were dumb questions, nor did we ever feel like Simon was trying to offload more gear than was necessary. The install was expertly carried out by Micheal and Steve, and they went above and beyond to install the system in as neat a way as possible. Our house is on a steep section with concrete slabs preventing underfloor access in some places, and they came up with some great solutions to keep any visual disruption to a minimum. They were very considerate of being in our "space", left each day after making sure everything was neat and tidy, and are generally just two lovely chaps to be around. I'd wholeheartedly recommend using Flow to anyone, who is in the market of not wanting to be cold in their house! Top marks!

Flow recently installed radiators throughout the house. I didn't quite appreciate the complexity of retro fitting radiators in a house and the guys did a superb job. House already feels warmer rather than just spot heating one area. Highly recommended.

Flow were total professionals from start to finish. Steve and Mike couldn’t have been more helpful and were a pleasure to have around the house. Simon was patient through various iterations and changes, and the final result is a credit to Flow, the team, and a much-loved historic home.

We are considering installing water filled radiators throughout our home and approached "Flow" for a quote. Simon responded really quickly and followed up the next day with a visit. He answered all our questions and seemed very knowledgeable about the whole process. We have since received a written quote and a further visit to fine tune our requirements. Although the process is not yet complete we have every confidence it soon will be.

Simon and the team have proved to be excellent. Not only was the initial installment professionally done, but they responded quickly to a problem we had recently with the boiler, which turned out to be a blocked fuel nozzle. Once diagnosed, it was fixed with minimum fuss. I cannot recommend them highly enough - they care about their business and it's reputation.

Central heating has literally changed our lives. Our home used to be very cold and difficult to heat. It is now warm, dry and comfortable. Cannot recommend it enough. We had the system retro-fitted into our home and the guys from Flow did a fantastic job with the installation.
