m.Amazing gelato! The staff is very kind and professional. Clean and tidy. Everyone should go there and taste it once at least. It's the best copy of the Italian ice-cream you can taste in NZ so far.

R.Extremely good taste with the flavours. They are all appealing. For the most indecisive, you can have a mini spoon to experience the new flavours. My favourite spot is a bench where you feel cozy with your ice cream as well as recreate a reminiscent childhood memory of being at the park. The owner is very helpful and friendly and enjoys chating.

I.Addiction, they always have a new flavours. They make their own ice-cream. Its really worth to try.
N.Yummy gelato. And yummy cannolis. It is actually the first place I have found in New Zealand that sells real cannolis. And they are good. The mini ones are a little too mini though, so I recommend getting the bigger ones. It will be good when the sidewalk connects to the shops as it will be a good place to bike to.

R.Lovely owners and superb coffee. A good selection of authentic Italian food. The panino and cannoli were delicious. The Cafe has a range of freshly made gelato and can also make gelato cakes to order in different sizes.

P.First time visiting the new block of shops on Borman Rd and I poked my nose into Fior di latte to have a look. The gellato selection was not overwhelming (as can sometimes be the case) and the flavour selections and quality were mouth watering. I had Fijoa and lemon/lime and it was outstanding. Well worth a drive. I'll be back!
M.The best Italian Gelato in all of New Zealand and the best service that you can find. ( salted caramel flavour literally blew my mind ) Drove from Auckland to Hamilton just for it and was well worth it. We'll be back for sure
A.100% delicious! Hamilton is getting well spoiled for choices of good food and gelato/ice cream. For an NZ made (though being an actual Italian making it I guess it's Italian made in NZ) gelato this is the best. I haven't tried it yet as they ran out but I have it in good authority the caramel slice is world shattering.
Don't waste anymore time reading and just go try it.
J.Gelato is a Religion and at Fior di Latte you can go to pray. No seriously, the authentic, Italian Gelato here is premium quality and incredibly fairly priced. Many ingredients are sourced either locally or from Italy and put together by hand with great passion and a lot of knowledge. Delicioso.

A.We been this morning for Breakfast and what a feast we had, caramel slice was delicious as the torta al cioccolato, cappuccino also was great but the gelato send me back to Italy, highly recommended! Very friendly Italian couple is running the shop. In bocca al lupo ragazzi!
