If you still have room after your visit in Ferg Burger next door, definitely do make a visit to Mrs Ferg. Soooo many different flavours of ice cream.🤩 All of them were very tasty, milky and creamy. I had the hazelnut flavour, it was so rich and the hazelnuts were crunchy. They also do shakes, smoothies and juices. Overall, reasonably priced.

Wow! An amazing selection of flavors. We stopped for dessert after dinner and I had the 2 scoop in a cup, Mascarpone, Fig and Almond & Lemon Meringue and my Fiance had the Chocolate and Cookies & Cream. Just enough to fill that craving for something sweet after dinner. The ice cream was creamy and delicious.

You can try the most delicious Gelato in the world in Mrs Ferg and only here. I recommend 'Manuka Honey' and 'Hoky Boky'. Those two are the most popular im Qweenstown.

The ice cream is just awesome! I tried the salted caramel macadamia if I remember correctly and the nuts were just so crunchy! Very rich taste and smooth texture. The cone biscuit is crispy too :D

Where to start. I tried a bunch of flavors ... you can’t really go wrong. Mango, raspberry cheesecake, white chocolate macadamia nut, white chocolate, and espresso were so decadent! This place definitely satisfied my sweet tooth. The service was great and the prices were reasonable. The only downside is the lack of seating.

These days we often skip expensive desserts at a restaurant, in favour of a decent gelato or ice cream, if there is one nearby. Such is the case tonight, as we head into Mrs Ferg for another treat (we’d already sampled their wares at their Beach Road shop earlier this week). We strike a quiet patch, which is rare for any of the Ferg operations from what we have witnessed this past week. It allows us time to chat with the staff, who are really friendly and happy to offer up the tasting spoons of new flavours. I also strike up a conversation with the part Italian, part Argentinian ice cream maker, which is quite fascinating as we discuss volumes over the summer months - an astounding amount of ice cream manufacturing!! Try the Dulce de Leche Caramel & Chocolate, it really is great. I end up going for the Black Forest and Mint Chocolate, and they are both divine. Well recommended for lots of great flavours.

Decently priced ice cream that taste organic and unique as Mrs Ferg Gelateria offers their own unique flavors and twists. You can find your usual suspects of vanilla and chocolate brownies for the introverts that likes to play it safe. But the unusual offers like the caramelized white chocolate pictured below are for you should go for. As they switch the flavors available quite frequently. Just bear in mind that if you are a ice cream tasting connoisseur this will not be the best ice cream you will have. But will definitely be very good

Superb ice cream in town! They have many sort of varieties you can choose. I love the salt caramel one, it relieves the thirst and it's not heavy for my standard. Not as busy as it's sibling the burger next door, so you can grab whenever you want without having to queue...

There are many gelato shops in QT, and after having tried all of them, Mrs Ferg was probably the one I didn't had a deep impression about. I went with the Hazelnut (which tasted like mild Nutella) and some white chocolate (that was quite disappointing TBH). The shopfront is also small and squeezy but the servers were really friendly! There are definitely better options in town.

Side comment: We actually went to the Ferg Gelateria on Shotover St (right next to the Fergbaker), which does not yet exist on Google Maps. But it is the same ice cream, same brand.

An absolutely phenomenal rendition on gelato/ice cream. I have so far tried the hokey pokey and the cookies and cream. I was absolutely blown away by the latter. It is creamy and delicious and has the perfect amount of cookie chunks. Overall I will be back many more times while I'm here.

Amazing ice cream!! The service was very good and super polite. Make sure have a look at the menu on the back wall instead of getting fixated on the ice cream. They have some pretty cool deserts they can do with their ice cream... I tried their gold medal award winning Caramelised White Chocolate and Macadamia Gelato and it was amazing, can see why it won a gold medal.

Really yummy ice cream, I got the pistachio which was really delicious! Serving size was reasonable, and they let you taste test before you make a decision. You can also get a 10% discount here if you buy something from Fergburger and keep the receipt.

I wouldn't recommend people to go out of their way for this place. The ice cream tasted good but nothing special, you'll get the same stuff elsewhere also. The lady behind the counter was nice at first but once more customers started coming in she very quickly became unamused and annoyed.

I’ve never been touched by customer service ever but this experience was absolutely touching. My family went in and order couple of apple pies and some coffees, the pies came but coffees didn’t show up. No one was on the coffee machine so about 10-15mins go by I decided to ask and they completely forgot we said oh that’s ok. So I thought that would be that, about 3 mins go by one of the girls gave our money back and apologies for the long wait and they’ll make our coffees. We insisted that it was ok but they still were very polite. We’re from Sydney and I can say for one thing cafes in Sydney would never do this but I am honestly touched. There coffees and pies are really good as well!
