A.Good service but took 13 weeks to order parts, an extra week to to install. Delays are understandable but communication was poor, I had to follow up multiple times there was no initiative on their end to keep the customer updated.

R.This is a service center, not an insurance selling shop. Damaged vehicles are brought in here and then a relationship manager takes care of things from there. The staff are very helpful and nice. The waiting area is good and there is always someone present there. The overall service is timely. The people keep customers informed at all times about the pending vehicle and its completion date. A courtesy taxi service is also provided for a pick up and drop off. Very highly recommended.

G.At the start of the year my husband and I were in a pinch when we got hit by a milk truck! Although AA did not really seem to be able to cover for a rental car because my policy was incorrectly, there was a nice consultant here that organised a rental care for us. This really made the difference in a bad situation. Although we did cancel due to the negative experience around the rental car, I would say that the girl that we did speak to was an excellent example of customer service, going above and beyond to get us a rental car where the business had let us down. Unfortunately I do not know her name, but many thanks to her, she is a great help to customers and I hope she gets compensated somehow! Very grateful to you :)
