Here is our story:
We are first time buyer. We applied our home loan with a different mortgage adviser first but he was unable to apply on behalf of us but we were determined. Then we meet Annu (I call her my big sister). She reviewed our application and she said we will get our mortgage loan and she did it. We are amazed by her capability and process.

A.Annu Naran of One Group Finance is incredibly amazing at her job. She is very honest and reliable when it comes to home finance.
I have been looking for first home finance for almost a year. Met several brokers non of whom were able to make it happen for me. I was so upset that I decided to approach banks myself that is when someone passed on Annu’s number to me. I clearly remember I was in Pak n Save Sunday evening when I got a call from Annu. She talked to me and was able to understand my frustration and said Bhai (bro) give me a chance and I will make it happen for you. Next day evening with all my docs I visited Annu’s office. She set with me, filled the application together and in less than 1 hour it was all done deal. Annu is very straightforward and honest at her job. That night she worked and submitted my application to banks and in less than 3 days I got approval from first bank. Within the same week got approval from second bank. R.I was turned down by broker in Napier as they couldn't get what we want. And then My friend Shiv reccomend me about Anu di and I talked to her over the phone Annu di took information all over the phone she needs from me and told me at the same night all done you will get your home loan at our first chat over the phone and after my chat with her I told my wife she said we will get it and she is fully confident.

A.Met this great lady Annu, as our last straw, so this is how it all happened - my wife and I’ve recently worked with Annu, to purchase our second home
We were turned down by 1of the best mortgage brokers and our hope seemed to be sinking
She stepped in our life at 9pm on a Thursday night putting her family time and dinner aside, did every bit on information gathering and left after 11pm
Her confidence gave us a good night sleep but she worked throughout the night till 3am and as we say give me five, that’s what she said five days brother
