We have been to Couple of Financial Advisors and was not getting our way to get our journey towards buying First home successfully. Our friend suggested to get in touch with Gulshan. He did a full analysis on our Financial situations and helped us getting out things sorted for our First home. He has travelled an extra miles to provide best advise which suits to our Financial situations. He is calm with lots of patience and immediate response. Our loan was approved within 3-4 days by the bank as he believes if we have all paper which bank wants and ordered in proper way then there shouldn't be any delay or questions. He is very easy going and listens to your situation and provides you with very valuable and practical solutions. We were taken aback with the new government's CCFA changes in regulations but with Gulshan on my side, the process couldn't be a lot simpler. Finding a good house is like finding a needle in haystack these days and getting the loan approval from the banks directly is even worse. We found the suitable property but struggled to get the loan approved directly from big banks but thanks to Fair Advice team specially Mr. Gulshan who was with us every step of the way we have finally got the house and moved yesterday. He guided us through out the process and was very patient with us. We are really greatful to our friend who got us in touch with them.
