W.Really great if you love spending hours on hold. If you want new insurance, make a claim, or have a general enquiry, you can enjoy endless hours of terrible music, interrupted every 90 seconds or so by a voice asking you to continue to hold.
If you ever get to talk to an actual person they seem to be friendly and helpful.
