R.Lisa has been our mortgage broker for about 4 years. We recently refinanced to another bank and the new bank process was brutal (thanks covid!). Lisa remained professional, optimistic, calm, and communicable throughout my many (many) melt downs. I can't believe she got it over the line and assume that's down to her relationship with the bank. Our lawyer even commented on the approval, and was surprised about the banks 'contribution' being higher that's she'd seen in a while.
