Paulette and her team have been nothing short but amazing for us in helping secure us a loan and navigate the process of first home buying. Our mortgage requirements, whilst not the most complicated possible, were by no means the simplest either. Paulette's extensive experience came to the fore in our first meeting, at which she gathered all the information she needed, arrived at a complete understanding of our needs, and was able to quickly advise us on the limited range of options that were available to us, and proceeded to obtain offers of suitable arrangements from these possibilities. Despite the limitations imposed by our requirements, Paulette was able to arrange an offer that included rate discounts that we would have been highly unlikely to have obtained ourselves, and a "cashback" incentive that I would have been very unlikely to have even asked for had I been negotiating directly. Paulette dealt very patiently with all the minor changes that we requested, all of which required her to go back to the bank in question and arrange appropriate amendments. We were kept informed of progress at all times, and Paulette was proactive in chasing the bank when things slowed down from time to time. Even after the mortgages had been signed off and settled, Paulette remained proactive in following up with us to check we were happy with the loans and their establishment, as well as offering help with our general banking arrangements as we were moving banks at that point.
